Went by in June to make a payment. Personnel was a bit on the rude side don't know if having a bad day or what.

We had a very disheartening experience in this cricket store with the employee working today. She closed the door in my moms face while I was in the car. She refused to provide service and cussed us out, she also laughed that she got my mom so angry laughing about my mom getting a stroke cause she was so mad. She critiqued my appearance and shook her body to us to show us how “good she looked” because she had her body done and we didn’t. She belittled me for my appearance when I was defending my mom. She critiqued our car and kicked us out of the store. I recorded our experience for evidence of our mistreatment. I shouldn’t have to defend my mom from the cricket employee when we were only trying to make a payment. My appearance shouldn’t matter over the fact that she was rude to my mom and I called her out on it. No customer should experience this treatment. No customer should have the door closed in their face when the employee is having a bad day. I am in complete disbelief with our treatment. Cops have been called on her before and now we experienced the mistreatment for ourselves. Save yourself your peace and don’t go to this location unless you want to be belittled by the employee. This happened today 2/24/23 at this location. Employee has black hair up to her shoulders and is Hispanic. Thank you.

I went on today January 5th at 4:15 p.m. and I had the door was locked I had to knock on the window for 5 minutes till she came out she's real short and abrupt with me not sure what she was doing in the back room with the door locked at that point she said she did not have any cases for me but that was incorrect and I explained to her that the Supra and the G7 power are the same thing use the same case then she told me that they only have one for guys, I guess guys can't get the pink case that I had to find that they had already removed the screen protector that comes with the case out of the box so I informed her that they have this they both that uses the phone use both Supra and G7 power she said I know which made me wonder why she would tell me that she that it didn't at first... Either she is mentally handicapped or does not want to admit she's wrong.

Bad customer service

Muy mala experiencia en la tienda la empleada se porto de lo más grosera me aventó la puerta en la cara yo iba detrás de ella y me vio ella venía enojada de su comida todavía la esperamos a q llegara entre de tras de ella mi hija q estaba en el carro me dijo a mi q q grosera la empleada me digo a mi no a la empleada pero ella escucho mi hija vio lo q me hizo ya adentro de la tienda me empezó a decir q yo tenía pies y manos y q ella no tenía por qué abrirme la puerta a nadie yo no quería q me la abriera adentro me empezó a gritar diciendo q mi hija se bajara a decirle en su cara lo q había dicho me dijo muchas maldiciones me salí le dije a mi hija q la Sra quería q le dijeran en su cara lo q había dicho mi hija bajo de carro y le dijo q ella me había dicho q q grosera la empleada q se lo estaba diciendo en su cara y nos empezó a decir mil cosas le dijo a mi hija q se viera q se peinara q ella estaba allí y ella no nos iba a atender q nos saliéramos de la tienda con muchas maliciones. Nadien se merece este trato.
