The UPS Store

This UPS store is fantastic. It was busy when I went in and there were three young ladies helping everyone from doing a notary, setting up a mailbox and packaging for me. Packing was done quickly and efficiently and I’m so glad knowing that my expensive and fragile doll will get there safely.

Lara and the other ladies were awesome! The customer service was wonderful. I was very pleased with the associates, their willingness to assist and their dispositions were kind. Thanks guys!

Had to return my son & DIL's mis-routed packages (and furniture!) back to Amazon. My son had texted the return labels but I didn't know how to print them. The ladies went above and beyond. They printed & applied the furniture label to the box which had to be taken to FedEx. Just Excellent service all around!!

The UPS on Highway 77 in Lynn Haven always has friendly personnel that are polite and professional. I pick up my veterans medicines there as well as do all of my Postal Services there and have nothing but great things to say about their Office and Services!

They are very helpful in my business needs and are a great place to do my Amazon returns. They make it so easy.

You’ve heard of “God Bless the USA”, well that is true. But also God Bless this UPS! Not in the passive aggressive southern way, but in a thank goodness for them existing and providing above excellent service way. They were able to save some documents of mine that were incorrect so I could change them and still make it to its destination on time. They are all kind, helpful, and provide amazing service you couldn’t believe! So whatever your needs are, if they can do it, come to this UPS! They seriously rock!

I have had to go in there twice to return something recently both times Regina helped me and was so nice and took care of my orders. Everyone in that store has always been so nice to me. Tracy did a phenomenal job this afternoon. I was greeted with a smile and an eagerness to assist me…that alone was great! However she kept going…I had an Amazon return that I should have had a code for but, I did not. with her patience and assistance we got it and I got both returns processed…I could not have done it without her. Staff is extremely friendly, fast, and efficient. By far the easiest shipping carrier location in Bay County! Owner is great as well, on site, and willing to help. We ship on average 75 packages a week through them.
