Definitely love this store. Very clean and well organized. I will be there more often because of the attention and cleanliness of the bathrooms as well. Great store and great service. Only thing is they need another cashier because lines would get pretty backed up with only one very kind young man. Hire more people please.

The store is a must stop for me at least once a week. If you like good stuff priced at a discount, then here's your smart choice. The Customer Service is great and I love that the team sees all customers the same. Even as a customer, I've come to learn other frequent customers there and we make each other aware of major bargain deals. I suggest you take a walk around and try buying the same products you would elsewhere at a higher price here, for half the price. Enjoy !

The store has this peaceful setting that you won't find at other low price establishments. Somehow this store managed to keep an upscale shopping experience even though is competing with Walmart on prices.

Their furniture section has nice displays and their 90 days no interest financing seems to be a hit with locals.

We are sitting outside with our last second purchase of a new box spring. We were running around looking for one and they had just what we needed and attended us quickly and kindly even though they were 5 minutes from closing. My husband was very anxious already and I'm 22 weeks pregnant and exhausted. Thank you to everyone working here tonight!

Always a pleasure to come and but stuff for home, snacks and more. Some things are cheaper but some other you can find them cheaper at other places. I came because I love the store and the vibe that it give you

Manager Mr. Joaquin was very helpful and showing me where the items I was looking for located at. Very knowledgeable of all items as well, store was very clean,restrooms were clean as well. This has been the cleanest Big Lots I've been to in Laredo, thank you!

Big Lots off of IH 35 offers a little bit of everything. The store personnel and management are very helpful and greet everyone which makes people feel welcomed when entering the store. Ms. Jacqui Sanchez is very friendly and very helpful in furniture and Mr. Jim Golden also treats everyone so nice that makes you want to come back and shop with Big Lots.

This store is big, clean and very well stocked. Big Lots offer a good variety of items from beauty, electronics, food, etc.
They even sell.furniture at excellent prices. Both locations are good places to buy. They even have a clearance section as well.

Employees and manager very attentive to the customers and even helped several people with their bags to their cars. It great to see such wonderful customer service.
