AT&T Store

Excellent customer service from Ricky and Robert. We switched 4 lines from T-Mobile and these two gentlemen were very patient and helpful. We are so pleased and grateful we came to the att in palmhurst instead of Walmart. They deserve plenty of recognition for all their hard work. We plan on bringing over 3 more lines due to their excellent service.

Having a problem with my cell phone for couple days I decided to stop by in this local AT@T store to ask if they can help me out with my issue. After a warm welcome from Marco, who greeted me when I enter the store I discussed with him what was going on and ask him if he can solve the issue I was having with my cellphone. After awhile trying to fix it we found out it’s time for a replacement.(it was old anyway)
He walk me thru all the options I have and carefully explained what was the best for my needs. After I decided what will work for me Marco helped me out with all the necessities I had to go to set my new phone working again. I felt very comfortable with his help and the knowledge he provided, answering all my questions and his flexibility to help another customers coming in and out of the store. I would like to say big THANK YOU to Marco for his amazing customer service and I’ll highly recommend this AT@T store!

Javier at 3mile Road, was very knowledgeable n patient with us to explain our options. He made it easy to try to find a plan for internet connection. We had previously gone to another store on Expressway, Mission and they were rude and told us they couldn't help us and to stay with the plan we already had. We felt degraded when we left there.

Went into store on sunday to upgrade my device, Robert was there to help me out. He has such an awesome customer service and very knowledgeable and very patient as well to all my questions. Will highly recommend this AT&T store so they can go with Robert.!!!

Came to store to have details of my bill being high. I was satisfied with the help and answers given to me mr Robert Loera that guy was awesome and knows his stuff thank you brotha if ATT&T sees this he deserves a promotion with a great raise great employee

I upgraded my iPhone and chose pick-up at store process. It was a lot easier and smoother than mail in, plus they helped me transfer to new iphone and erase / trade in the old one. Had I known this I would've done my first upgrade at the store.

I had trouble after paying an outstanding balance I had on my phone, and was told I had to do a whole new service, but Robert helped me get my services restored and even though my issue was new to him, he was still able to overcome the challenge and help me

Stefanie was amazing!! She did everything possible to help my grandpa out! There was an issue with the order to pick up in store because I was in another state and she resolved the problem! So happy!

Out of all the ATT stores I have been to Selena at the store was the most knowledgeable and helpful.

I came with a list of failed attempts to get in my mail and Selena, the manager was so helpful and knowledgeable that soon i was again accessing my mail by myself. Every time I come here the staff is outstanding at fixi g my problem wuickly and efficiently.
