Definitely would only use this location in walker county the Jasper location has always been poor customer service including announcing a incorrect balance on my account to a room full of people to dismissing me totally after waiting for an hour

I'm happy to say my experience was very positive. I intend to be back for my future cell phone needs.

Emiley and Katie are great!! Best experience ever at a Verizon store. Very patient. I enjoyed spending a couple of hours with these ladies getting me set up with new service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was treated better today than I’ve ever been treated with any wireless company. Tara and the other staff were amazing. Tara made my day. I hope I never have to deal with anyone else. Simply the best!

I only go to Verizon in dora,they fix all my problems, they dont change there people out, there r 4 women at this location an they'll help u, it doesn't matter the problem, I've been a Verizon customer for 14 yrs. An I would drive out of my way to get to dora store.

Had an old phone that was only working half the time. The ladies were more than helpful, told me about the trade in offers and I left there with a new phone without empty pokets....great experience....you don't hear that often about cellular places...

Went to this store for the 1st time this past Saturday. Very knowledgeable and experienced employees. From now on I will save myself time by going here instead of jasper ou Cullman.
