Non original controller stuck in the n64 I bought when attempting to remove I pulled the wires out and after reinstalling them the way I thought was right my entire n64 ceased to work(black screen with white on bottom as seen in photos) which cause me to panic thinking the whole system magically didn’t work. After some trouble shooting I found the issue and called the store. They gave me store credit for the controller and were supportive throughout the process. Highly recommend for the simple reason of great customer service.

very neat store! every where I looked there was something new and AWESOME! seriously cool selection. Rob taught me how to play Star Wars Unlimited - so of course I had to buy the starter decks. He was great at teaching me the game, and making it super fun! Ask for Rob when you go, he will take care of you!

Good selection for such a small shop. There always seems to be something happening. Every time I go in there I find more interesting games for my console that I hadn't heard of. Staff is very knowledgeable about these games and have helped me pick out a few. Robert is so kind and welcoming consistently I was able to answer most every question I have. If he doesn't know the answer he finds out and lets me know. Great shop!

I must point out Robert by name for this. Last night I met someone for a game of Warhammer: 40,000 and he told me they would be closing at 8 due to the closing employee calling in sick. He let us stay 30 minutes late to make sure we got a couple turns each in our game. For that sacrifice of time I thank him. On the card side of things there is a wide selection of cards new and used. For popular tabletops like Warhammer 40k and Age of Sigmar there is a decent selection although I wish there was more 40k boxes. The paints need better stock but I would let it slide due to size constraints and the amount of competition in Saint Cloud. I've known the owner for a while as I frequented the monticello location when they first opened. He runs his stores very well and the staff are professional and make you feel welcome. On top of that the rewards punch cards are an amazing deal and LGS will be a part of my gaming needs for a long time.

Lewis Game Shop is an awesome store with great employees. They have an excellent assortment of board games, collectibles, video games, RPG items, and trading card games. Their play area is large and clean. It’s a top-tier game store. You should check it out!

Impressive selection of games, retro systems and miscellaneous things!

The first PS2 bundle I bought to send to my nephews didn't read disks properly, and they replaced it without any hassle. We will definitely be stopping in once in awhile to browse their selection.

Stopped here on my way home to Fargo and was impressed with the selection of games that they had. I felt the prices they had were fair, and also understand they have operating costs, etc so some games may be a few bucks more than at other places. Staff was cool, and were in the middle of dungeons and dragons game (i think) but still made me feel welcome in the store.

We always stop in when visiting from out of town. There is a wide variety of new and used games all the way back to retro consoles. Among video games, they stock board games and card games as well. This shop sells Dungeons and Dragons merchandise and Magic the Gathering. They sell cards in packs and individuals.

The staff is friendly and know their customers. They love to chat about their interests and teach you if you are willing to listen. They also have a rewards punch card for those who visit more regularly.

Awesome place to visit with amazing customer service. When I walk in I get greeted immediately and asked if I need assistance. They don't push you to buy things, they're there to help you have a pleasent experience. Each visit has been excellent. The selection of games and toys is great and caters to most. Would recommend if in the area!

I needed a console so that I can use my Android to play the original Legend of Zelda. I am 56 years old, so I know nothing about technology. Josh set up the console to interact with my phone and spent over a half hour explaining how to use it. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He never made me feel dumb. I thought he was great

This place is super cool! We stop in every few weeks to see whats newly stocked. Our 3 boys love the retro (to them) gaming options. They really like the gameboy advance pokemon copies for $10. My wife found a few guitar hero guitars for our wii to rock out on. We have found transformers, comics, ps2 games and original xbox controllers. Its always an adventure checking this shop out!

Fun place to check out for retro games and cards. We stop in every week or so and there is always something new to see. Friendly and knowledgeable staff as well!
