Everyone at this store has behaved in a respectful manner. The employees seem to be hard working and attentive. Several times I have had to have my prescriptions transferred to or from a different store due to travel. The pharmacy staff has always assisted me with friendly efficiency.

They allways greet you with a smile and ask if they can help.

This pharmacy needs to improve customer relationships. You call to get assistance with no resolution. You then have to reach out to a customer care advocate to resolve your issue. I

Always a long wait & it’s obvious that they are always VERY short on “staff”. Such a change from the level of service from the old Volunteer Parkway location. I leave the State Street location feeling sorry for the employees there because they obviously need more help.

I usually do not take the time to do reviews but this place is the SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. It should not be this time consuming to get medications. Highly suggest choosing to fill your prescriptions elsewhere

Took an hour and a half to get a prescription for nicotine patches filled today. Not at all impressed I don't have to get prescriptions very often but I've noticed a pattern at this cvs which is a prescription that should be ready in less than 30 minutes takes them over an hour and that's if they even have it. I think I'll fill my family's medicines with a different pharmacy in the future.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Doesn’t matter if you schedule an appointment or not they still throw you at the back of the line. Don’t give the options to schedule appointments if it’s going to be the same as a walk in!

This CVS pharmacy location has been going downhill for about 5 years now. This is without a doubt the Worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Incompetent service, incompetent of having the durgs in when you need them. Incompetent in filling prescriptions. The automatic ordering system Sucks and the employees even say it does not work right but YET no one does anything to fix the problem. The drive through is so bad and so slow. Example. Two cars ahead of me and it took 27.mins before I got my drug. I am changing all my meds to someplace other than CVS.
I could keep going but what's the use.. CVS sucks

I have to see a Dr. at least once a month for PTSD and other reasons. I will cut this short though. I have NEVER abused medication, I have always abided by my Dr's orders and my Dr. has never ever in her many years of practice just handed out prescriptions like candy.
You know why? Because she doesn't want to loose her license and what she has worked for so many years.
Anyways, I received a prescription from her and it needed to be filled. First fatal mistake, I take it to CVS on West State Street Bristol Tn. I receive a voicemail and it states( from one of the techs I assume) they cannot fill the prescription because the insurance will not pay for the quantity but I do have the option to pay the difference. Then low and behold when I call the pharmacy, they refuse to fill it because the pharmacist says so. I called my Dr. and she calls them. They tell her that the pharmacist is not filling it because they aren't comfortable doing so. I called the pharmacy back to tell them I will be by to pick up my prescriptions and take my business elsewhere and that I do not appreciate them treating me like a felon or a piece of dirt. The human on the other end of the phone states that , it is a red flag to the DEA and starts rattling off things she had zero knowledge in especially the comment about my Dr. She stated that in the magical " Hand Book" they have there, my Dr. has pretty much attempted to commit insurance fraud? I found that astonishing. Bottom line, they are liars and that bunch is the rudest group of people I have ever come in contact with, especially after todays episode. I say group of people because I got to pretty much experience everyone of them in the pharmacy on the phone. I bet Joe with a Felony Drug history a mile wide could walk right up there and they would fill a forged script for him, but honest working Abe here , cannot get her sch. IIII filled because we are red flags and responsible.
