Rude employee and she was running the whole store by herself while the other older employee did nothing? Why was she ignoring me when I was about to pay at checkout and went to go do other things? It comes off as rude, ghetto, and disrespectful. Ghetto place what is the supervisor doing?? The shopping baskets are nasty and dirty… what do they do here all day

Assistant manager, think Roberto needs to improve professional manners. I politely asked for help on a discount that was not working and refused to help. Don’t offer a discount if it’s not provided.
Corporate please look into this matter
