The UPS Store

The Notarization people in that store in Fullerton, California are so Amazing and Awesome. They really deserve so much Love and respect from all the community around. The UPS store is always so busy and dedicated all the time, and they seem to still smile at you and then some. This UPS store has employees who are so sweet from the lower management to the management, they are all so perfect all the time, considering they are so organized and handling all these packages and so many other things. GOD BE WITH THEM. May the Angels help them with everything in their lives and families as well. Thank you for all the unknown times you did so much and it went unnoticed. God help us all at our jobs. Thank you so much for everything.

5 Stars for the excellent service. My printer jammed and I needed some things printed out for work. After getting annoyed at the UPS Store on Euclid I came here. Stephanie, the new manager at this location, is the bomb. She got my 20+ pages of paperwork printed scanned and e-mailed to me with no issues. The price for scanning is high, but I'm just glad someone was around that could do it right since I was in a time crunch.

December 2023 Update -- Still a customer, still great service!

I have always had good experiences with them. The folks are always helpful and friendly.

This is a very friendly staff. The location is great for it's many shipping/receivingof packages/mail, copying needs and greetings cards. It's safe, clean and always greeted with a friendly hello.

Carrie provided me with rapid and efficient customer service! Give her a raise!

I lost the tracking Number for UPS and i went in for this store because this place was where i shipped from and i was there in beginning of January and the lady with glasses she is said i could not get the tracking number and i had call customer service and they said i can get it back again from the shipping store. so i went in today and got help from SAM and i was able to get it back again.......if you need help with shipping i would look for SAM.

I went on a Sunday and was told that Amazon returns are not accepted during the weekends. I went to another UPS Store and they told me that that they accepted Amazon returns at all times.

Amazon QR code scanner down again. This is the 3rd time I've experienced this. Not a good feeling when you show up and they say it's down.
Now I just call ahead to make sure it's properly working.
FYI, don't bother listening to the automated recording, it just leads you to a voicemail, you just have to keep calling until they pick up.

A big ripoff. They took my mother's $, almost $200, and shipped her package to a place that does not accept UPS packages. She had to pick up the package and reship it. According to the shippee, UPS knows this place cannot accept UPS packages. In my opinion, even though they are next door to Morningside, they preyed on my mother and have so far refused to make things right, but I am working with them.

At&t rep said to drop off modem at any FedEx or UPS location. Came here and the UPS employee told me that I had to bring it to At&t store in Brea. Didn't sound right but I called At&t store in Brea and they said they don't nor have they ever accepted modems because the process is that these are shipped to a warehouse from UPS or FedEx. Took it to FedEx and had no issues. Based on other reviews here seems like it's a regular occurrence. Don't waste your time. Just go to another location.

I came to drop off some pre-labeled boxes. The owner or manager or whatever their position is was publically dressing down an employee over something trivial. My advice to the employee, get a new job. My advice to the manager, you’ll find you’ll have better employees if you don’t treat them poorly in front of customers.

Absolutely horrible service! I wanted to use their notary services. I called and confirmed the price and availability over the phone. I showed up and was told that the notary had to go to a meeting and wait or come back 1.5 hrs later. What a joke. Never coming back.
