Our cashier was really helpful and positive. The store is clean and unlike other craft stores, it’s easy to navigate (no boxes in the aisles). The app and rewards are nice too.

Found everything I needed. The cashier reminded me of the 40% and 20% coupons they have and saved me some money. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank You Michaels

Almost every employee acknowledged me and was willing to help me if I needed it. There were lots of great sales and clearance items including most of the washi tape which is why I picked up 4 rolls even though my washi tape organizer is full 😂

I went looking for a lightbox here, of course after searching all over the store, they didn't have them in store, but I did enjoy looking at the entire store, I love craft stores and bookstores and libraries.

They always have the jumbo baking cups! The typical grocery store will not carry that size. Also picked up a decorating kit that comes with 4 tips, and some piping bags! The decorating kit made frosting cupcakes so much easier, I made white chocolate buttercream for my blueberry cupcakes which were delish!

They were so busy but I know they would be. But they set up a station scanned your items while you were in line, then all you had to do was apply your coupons and pay. Genius. They had all I need. Fully stocked.

My wife dragged me here. Against my will. I actually gave her a hard time about it. But the experience was not altogether unpleasant. We got a few things for the kids Halloween costumes. They have everything we needed. The store was easy to access and clean. The checkout was quick even though the store was pretty busy. It's not the store's fault, but I don't really want to go back.

Wide variety of crafts, decor, home goods. Usually has good pricing and sales, especially on seasonal items. Staff is always friendly.
