Love this store! The employees have always been Helpful, even when we came dashing into the store at 8:45pm, & they closed at 9!
They gave us opinions that were a great help! We couldn't find matching fabric for a project, but when they heard what we needed for our finished project, they led us directly to the perfect ideal fabric, we were looking frantically for, but didn't think they'd have. Super happy with our projects thanks to their help! These employees treated us so politely right before closing time, as we felt so bad for rushing in last minute & they never made us feel like we were holding them back from closing up. Pottstown is so lucky to have this beautiful fabric store in our area!

Had a car emergency. My back window busted out spontaneously and I really need some to fix it so it's water tight and could see through it. Two different hardware stores wouldn't help, when I brought in a sample similar to what I was looking for and didn't even try. "Nope. We don't got that." Ask the first lady at Joann's. And thought about it and brought me straight to some clear plastic sheeting that was perfect. I was so happy. Now my car isn't gonna get more destroyed by the impending rain and I'm safe to drive And I'm not going to be pulled over by the police. Thanks so much. You really made my day today.

It's always fun to browse all the aisles to find things you didn't know you needed. The lady at the cutting table was great, really helpful.

Joann s is the best . You can find yarn and fabric, that will be needed. Also magazines and books too. Customer service is always great what ever store you go to. Going to Joann s is a enjoyable time.

I love fabrics and I also shop miscellaneous things at Joann's. I love the diversity of fabrics and things that are available.
This time bought fabrics and even reading glasses on clearance.
The associates are knowledgeable and very polite.

The store is fairly well-organized and tidy. The staff was helpful. Lots of material available and they often rotate through sale items. Check online for a coupon if you don't have one on hand.

My first time visiting the store, was very pleased with my purchases... definitely will be shopping here more often!

The new Joann is big, bright, and has a great selection. I was very pleased with their yarn section, I’m a knitter. They even had a bit of Wool & The Gang cotton xl the last time I was there. I hope the yarn section continues to stay as good as it was when they first opened. ❤

Have always enjoyed my shopping trips to JoAnn.. I most times come with a shopping list and always leave with great purchases. Clearance rack and coupons are my favorites..🙂

I was welcomed as I walked into the store which was awesome. I browsed, purchased a few things and I was on my way. Very clean, healthy environment with great employees.

The place to hit when you need sewing supplies. They also have a great selection of other crafting supplies. Staff is friendly and helpful. Be gentle with them, the pandemic has affected their stock.

Our new store, FINALLY! It had been in small, crowded, messy spot but now it's a well-lit new store. Location= A#1! Inventory is better now that they have larger space. Try it!

I find quality items, and there corporation gets products from where I work. I make beaded bracelets and always find something different. Ir any crafting needs.

New store opened last week. It's so bright & cheerful & much larger than the original store. It's a welcome upgrade! It's all a huge improvement that they carry much more.

We always get our fabric at this store. Great selections, low prices, always have what we need. The employees have always been very nice to us.

The new location inside the mall is very nice. It’s much bigger than the old spot. You can find pretty much all your crafty supplies at a Joann Fabrics!
