AT&T Alliance Ohio- I’ve had the pleasure of working with Samantha who got me set up on the first responder plan and some other new items. She has gone way above and beyond in helping me. She’s awesome!!!

Came in with a problem relating to my voice mail box and was very please with the customer service I received. A customer service representative named Austin was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about what was going wrong. He worked hard to fix the problem and I'm very grateful for his expertise.

Shout out to AT&T of alliance!! The staff was very welcoming and took care of me right away. FuQuan had great knowledge of his products and got me the best deal with fiber internet & two new lines! I’d definitely recommend going here!

Came in with some issues with my bill, the staff here was excellent at helping me figure out my bill and I couldn't have asked for any better. FuQuan and Samantha were absolute wonders, thank you for all you do!

Samantha is super helpful! Definitely couldn't ask for better help. She's is so extravagant in what she does and I couldn't be more happier knowing someone that actually cares about me works at that location. She's such a wonderful asset to the company and she trains her employees so well. Everyone's business needs someone like Sam.

So, I don't normally write reviews. But when I do, they are deserving. I went to this store because a friend had a pleasant experience. They had worked with a employee named Austin and told me to do the same. When I went into the store it was very decorated and lively. I was greeted as I walked in and was promptly set down with Austin. He didn't give me any of the BS that you normally hear from generic salesmen. He was straight to the point and was able to help resolve every problem I had. Very knowledgeable with what he does and able to answer all questions with no roundabout answers, that you normally hear at phone stores. I will never go to another store to deal with the roundabout routines. This is was by far the best experience I've ever had with a phone store and will 100% be returning in the future!

Samantha was awesome and made sure I got the best deals when going in for my upgrade. She made the whole process quick and painless. I recommend her to anyone!

Went in looking for a new phone I had broke mine and was not happy. Erica the store manager greeted me as soon as I walked in. She helped me find a new device with a better grade screen and got me a special screen protector to double up so I don't brake it again. I was in and out quickly and she was super nice and knowledgeable. Great experience!

If i could give 10 stars i would!!! Austin got us set up with some new watches and he was very nice and professional. Definitely recommend going here!!!

I went to the AT&T store recently at 5 PM. The store closes at six. When I entered the store there was four people ahead of me and only one clerk. As I stood there waiting thinking I’d be there till 6 o’clock I watched Michele Literally taking care of all four of us at the same time. Making sure that we all knew that she was concerned about our time there. I also am in customer service and I don’t believe I’ve ever seen anybody multitask like Michele. Her customer service is the best I’ve seen! we need more people like her in retail. Thank you Michele you are the best!

My service at the Alliance store with Dakota has been EXCELLENT service 100% anytime I have a service need. With patience he helps me understand my next step. Because of him it makes me committed to ATT. He represent you with top notch service. If you duplicate his service great increase is instore for ATT

The employees hear are immensely helpful to customers AND each other! I drive from Canton to this store because each time I've been there they have worked so hard to save me and the other customers that came in, money!
