AT&T Store

I appreciate 110%! the patience that Skye and her coworker had with me! (I wish I could remember both of their names because they both deserve an equal amount of credibility) I am very satisfied with the customer service! They were able to help me and multiple other customers while also walking me through the steps to upgrade my phone.

I was quite pleased with my AT&T experience at the Westminster store. Skye, a rep, helped me get my new phone -the 14 and was very knowledgeable as well as helpful and efficient. Mikhail and Rashad processed my payment quickly and Autumn greeted me so kindly. I’ll be back for the 15 soon. They have great service here. Thx!

First I stopped by, just before closing, to just get some fact-finding done. Matt & Zack were very informative, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was very happy to see Matt's familiar face the next day after I decided our plan of action to replace a phone. Despite being the only person working (and with a decent line of customers), Matt was patient and thorough with every customer. I was super impressed with him - 5 Star Service - would totally seek him out again to service our business account. Great job!

The manager was very intelligent, helpful, and sincerely interested in helping me find the most reasonable solution to my situation.....(a customer well pleased)

Just had the best customer experience at the Westminster location. Matt was super knowledgeable, patient and informative when came to upgrading my phone.
Had to lock him in my phone as a contact because good help is hard to find! I highly recommend if you stop by and ask for Matt for you Att&t needs!

Robert was absolutely amazing! I came into the store today feeling frustrated and discouraged with my old wireless provider and, as a result of his professional and customer focused service, I left genuinely excited about my new service with AT&T. Shoutout to Lloyd as well! He may not have helped me directly but he assisted in several areas and was doing a fantastic job helping other customers while Robert got me squared away. Highly recommend stopping in if you're looking for a personable, hands on approach and staff that go the extra mile!

I recently visited AT&T in Westminster and was greeted with a smile by Matthew. He immediately got up and approached me, asking about my day and how he could be of assistance. I came in for a few questions about my phone and ended up adding a new line for my daughter and getting myself an Apple Watch plus a free one! Will definitely be returning.

Matt is the best!! He was very knowledgeable and polite. My son, Jake, and I both got new phones and we are very pleased!!

Upon arrival on Tuesday to search for a new phone, I was greeted by Zachary. He apologized for having me wait but I hadn't been inside for more then minute! He was very helpful in setting me up with my new Samsung and I wish only the best for him as he was an amazing manager to speak to!

Last night Sky help me and she was amazing and helpful she just amazing thank you Sky so much for helping me

Came in to start a new line after nothing but increases bills and unexplained fees. Zach was wonderful. He made the experience quick and painless for my fiancé and I. He even made sure that we got the best plan and deal for what we needed. Thank you Zach. Very pleased with our first experience at AT&T!

Purchased an iPhone 14 pro
Experience with the sales representative was outstanding. The process of the purchase was quick and enjoyable.
All questions answered with no hesitation. Before I left the store I was asked if I had any questions and if I thought of any to make sure to call.

Autumn was great. Samsung S24 Ultra is even better.

Robert B. was awesome setting up my new Cell, he was so patient, kind, caring as very knowledgeable at his job. Made sure everything was correctly done, was not pressured , so helpful and showed me a lot , answered any questions I had making sure when I left the Westminster, Md Store I was a very happy Customer as all your other Employees working there was really nice as well. Thanks so much and get up the great work.

Lloyd was very helpful. Got me all set up with my new 14. While I was there he was very attentive to a very elderly lady who was nervous about everything. He took care of her and assured her.
