Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they are always calm and professional regardless of how long the line is or how busy they are! I am usually in the store once a month or so, and have used them for years. I have never had a bad experience! Sometimes there are only 1 or 2 other customers in front of me, but sometimes the line winds around the store, especially during holiday seasons. They are always patient and give the customer they are working with their full attention. They are great!

I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here. The staff are always eager to help and are extremely kind. I'd love to recognize how helpful and positive Sam is. She was lovely to speak to and I'll continue to use this location for my shipping needs.

The people at this UPS are extremely nice. They have helped us with a couple of things we did not know how to do.

I visit UPS most weeks for Amazon returns. I find these folks helpful, courteous, and friendly. Sometimes the line is so long that I just don’t know how they maintain their composure! Cudos to them! My hats off.

The employees are always welcoming and sweet. I wish they had a bigger location, they are very busy but no matter how busy the folks here are the kindest group of people. Thank you all for what you do and put up with. Some people are just rude and nasty, and it’s sad to see some of the comments below. Kudos to the owner for being such a professional and standing up for your employees. They are the best❤

The Carrollton UPS store is the best! Manager Kim has a seasoned team of knowledgeable and customer oriented employees. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer’s needs are met every time!

Fantastic service! An extremely expensive package was lost and UPS was giving me the run around. I reached out to this location since I shipped it from here and Kim saved the day! Within four hours my package was located. This is excellent considering the 1-800 numbers led me in circles for 4 days. This location exceeded my expectations. Thanks Kim!

This UPS store has the best customer service of anywhere, seriously. I had an issue with a package being delivered to my apartment complex and I went in to get information on how to get the package and I've never been greeted with so much assistance. Then, when I went in later to get the package that had been dropped off at their store, the employees continued to assist me, with joy. I really, really have never experienced such great customer service. Kudos to you, Carrollton UPS.

A big shout out to Kim May at the Carrollton UPS store! I live in Douglasville and needed to get a package shipped to me that I had left at a motel in MS. I went to the Douglasville store and they told me that they could not do it and sent me to the hub in Atlanta. Well Atlanta told me that they didn't do that and told me to go back to my local store. Long story short, I contacted Kim May at the Carrollton store and she had it taken care of immediately! Thank you Kim! Best customer service you will ever find!

Everyone that I have encountered here is very nice, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to Kathleen! She is so kind, helpful, and patient. She went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciated it :)

I have a mail box at this location and the staff is great, helpful and pleasant to visit once a week when I check my box.

As for the mail box service it is more expensive than a USPS PO Box but it is also more practical and convinient, definitly worth the extra cost.

Always such a great experience with my returns and shipping items. Friendly employees who make it such a easy process. Every employee was wearing a mask.

This is where I drop off all my Amazon packages for UPS, and they are busy, fast & courteous to patrons! Convenient & a short distance to parking.
