I have been a client for a few years now. I am thankful for Darci and Taylor. They are very informative, great customer service, and two amazing reps for the Genesis staff. Keep up the awesome teamwork.

I want to give a shout out to Zaina and Taylor for their outstanding customer service! Zaina did a super job in helping me pick out the right knee scooter for me. Taylor was awesome in making sure that I will have the scooter when needed. I would certainly recommend the Northgate Genesis Home Medical store! Definitely worthy of 5 stars!

I was hesitant to come to this store due to some reviews but it was close and I needed help. Found out they were so pleasant and helpful. I for sure would recommend and if anything suggest you give them a chance. Times are hard and busy due to the Pandemic. Just need to take a breath and be more patient with others
