Customer service is great and since the new owners took over they have better prices and a greater variety of products. The store is much more organized now and I would recommend them. It's nice that they sell horse, chicken, and fish food. Very convenient. Hope they are around for a while. 4 stars because nobody's perfect.

The system they have in place to pull orders need to be revamped, 1 guy took my order that was working on a large order and all I needed was 1 piece of wood and customers came behind me with orders that other guys pulled and I waited 1.5 hrs for 1 piece of wood. Why my ticket didn't get passed on to someone else?

Inside customer service is great. Yard loading service needs a major overhaul. Guys are friendly and working their tails off, but totally unorganized. So much stuff laid out.
