AT&T Store

Christian helped get my dad set up with a new phone yesterday. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and knows which settings to turn off and on for seniors! He transferred all Dad's info to the new phone and we were done in about 30 minutes! Great job Christian!!

My first experience at this location. It was nothing but exceptional. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and they went right to work on getting me into a new phone. Dez the manager went above and beyond helping me and my family get the best service package available to meet our needs and budget. If you are looking for outstanding customer service and someone who is an expert go to this location and ask for Dez. You will not be disappointed.

Desiree was great in helping me upgrade my old phone to a new one. She is very knowledgeable and seems to really care about the customers and their satisfaction. I would definitely recommend using the AT&T Epping NH store.

Excellent Service from Samantha! Our family of four went in to to change over to AT&T and we all needed new phones. Samantha not only focused our transaction in a professional and friendly way but also dealt with phone calls and walk-ins in a patient and polite manner. She was amazing and a pleasure to deal with.

Desiree was incredibly helpful getting me set up with a new phone after mine was stolen. I had been considering changing to Verizon but after my experience at the store I'll stick with AT&T.

My account had been totally fubar'ed online and Sammy sorted it out, got everything working smoothly and made it look easy. Not only that, but I enjoyed the experience because she has a charming personality, a good sense of humor, and is able to maintain her calm in the face of multiple competing demands. You are lucky to have her.

Dez at the Epping store needs a raise/promotion—all of it. I bought an AT&T Netgear Nighthawk 5g Mobile Hotspot Pro online with BestBuy. When it came time to set it up it was insanely frustrating. No one could help me I got endlessly transferred, it didn't matter who I called BestBuy, GeekSquad, AT&T, half of the people didn’t even try to help they just transferred me in loops. All told probably spent 3 1/2-4 hours over the course of a few days and after the last call I just gave up and decided I needed to make time to stop into an AT&T store before I just called it quits and returned the whole thing.

I’m extremely thankful for Dez’s help I was in and out in under 20 minutes, she set up an account for me, got my SIM card installed and made sure everything was working before she sent me on my way with all of my account information written down for my records.

Thank you Dez, sorry I came in grumpy from all the stress of this, but you were amazing!

The young man who helped the crazy lady and her daughter Sunday did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable and helpful! We were in and out in under an hour! He definitely deserves a raise!

The customer service person Joe at the Epping New Hampshire store is amazing, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and in detail. He guided us through every step and told us exactly what would happen and when. He made the experience fun. I learned a lot. Joe should be training all you customer service phone staff. Any and all questions I need answered, I will go directly to Joe.

I had never done anything in-store for my phone or plans, but Dez at this location was amazing and helped me save money and find my best fit. I never felt like I was being upsold or tricked into plans and would gladly go back for my next phone or issue.

I’ve been With ATT since my first IPhone. What I need and was looking for, was good service. People just don’t care like the old days . Then I went too this store today . I had a few ?s , every company has some sort of deal ! It’s confusing, can be tricky or you get extra stuff??? However today, I meet the Manager Jennifer .. She was so helpful and understood exactly what I was trying too understand. Amazing service, Decided too get a new phone . just exactly what I needed. Ty Jen . I look forward too bringing my fiancé their this weekend :))))) Att in Epping is WONDERFUL!!:)

Paul the assistant manager is awesome. I highly recommend this store for all your needs! Not only was Paul extremely knowledgeable, but he was also HONEST and patient with our inquiries. Super happy customers! We will be back!!

Dez was amazing, super patient and helped me get everything I needed done with getting a new phone even with putting the screen protector on she made sure it came out perfectly.

Incredible help. I went in and saw "Dave" with a laptop that needed connecting to cellular service. He was awesome! It took a very long time.
It was not easy. He went on line and researched the issues, etc... Impossible to give better service than he gave me. Highly recommend.
