CVS Pharmacy

CVS in Pennsburg is amazing! They are so overworked and with RiteAid closed even more so, yet they continue to be kind, courteous and patient with everyone (even those that cannot seem to comprehend that they are not the only person needing their prescriptions filled). If you cannot wait, go somewhere else, but be assured, the pharmacists and staff at CVS in Pennsburg care and they are doing their absolute best!

This CVS location is the best! They are extremely courteous and professional. They are fast and always keep the customer informed. The store is always clean.

They are always so friendly to me. But i went there at 5:55pm on a Saturday and the pharmacy was already closed. Sign says they are open until 6pm.

Pharmacy is the rudest pharmacy. I have ever dealt with period my granddaughter went to pick up her prescription and was told there was nothing there when I am receiving text messages telling me she has 2 prescriptions ready to be picked up period I called and spoke to a very rude technician, who told me to calm down when I am telling her I. Have already given her the information. She is asking for then she put me on. Hold told me. I would not be able to speak with the pharmacist. And I will be reporting this location to corporate. They need to get their acts together. If I treated a customer the way I was treated I'd be fired and I know because i'm a pharmacy technician at a different drug store and I know r pharmacy would never treat a customer with that rudeness that I was treated wit

This location refused to fill my pain medication after oral surgery. I initially understood because of the explanation that it was a technical discrepancy, but they were connected with the office for confirmation. Pharmacist still refused to fill the script. You’re telling me that no one in Pennsburg has ever gotten pain medication filled from the surgeon 10min down the road from you before? The surgeon’s office said they’ve never had this issue with any pharmacy. Instead, the person I spoke to from this CVS suggests I go around to other pharmacies and effectively beg for pain medication post oral surgery. Ridiculous.

Takes forever to get a refill and now on day 3 waiting for a new prescription, even after choosing "on my way" on the phone system. Had to leave after waiting in line that wasn't moving, counter person was chatting with customer with a very long line. Considering leaving and trying a different pharmacy.

In having to wait for prescriptions to be filled, when they should have been filled days prior. I have spoken to many customers who were also waiting and they are going to change pharmacy’s. I agreed with them.

If you need a paper receipt you will need the repeatedly remind the staff and when the forget and send you up to front of store to get your paper receipt you will given a journal entry. $450 rx.. I need a receipt for reimbursement from the drug manufacturer
