Jamie helped me and was super nice and helpful. Jamie also made sure my data and personal info was secure, and that I understood the precautions she was taking. The store was super busy, but I did not feel rushed. I would go out of my way to go to this specific t mobile store.

Cesar was amazing at helping me sort out issues with my work phone. This store is the best T-Mobile store in the area. I highly recommend this store over any other T-Mobile store in the area.

Surprisingly good service at a cell phone store! Wait was not bad and helpful, understanding rep explained the trade-in process. Of course, their system was not cooperating on trade ins that day but he printed the label and instructions for me. T-Mobile needs to improve their customer systems so that they don't put their reps in a bad position...

Pleasantly surprised! The young guy there helped my dad and I figure out a super backwards problem with his new phone. He got us in and out with no headache and no questions asked. I was so relieved.

This past Monday, my brother's phone broke and we needed an immediate replacement. He uses an school flip phone. I called the store to check they were in stock and headed over. Shannon and Roland helped us get everything set up so quickly. The service was excellent. They were so helpful and friendly.

My 2 yr old S21+ died while I was at lunch in the city (screen went black and didn't show anything when plugged in). Came back up to where my hotel was located in Willow Grove and visted Adrienne (?) who plugged in my phone and said she felt there was power, but that the screen had likely died..
She said there was a great repair guy next door in Walmart at Ifixandrepair and if it was truly dead, come back to get another phone...It was in fact the screen and later, I verified that my google "Timeline" showed my phone was still tracking and not dead.. Thank you for the diagnosis and avoiding need to reset another phone when mine was only in need of repair..
Downside comments: Corp TMobile Cust Serv did not pick up after wait of 30 min and when I tried to access my account on my laptop, I could not because it insisted in sending my dead phone a verifying message.. Please answer the phone next time TMobile Cust Serv because its the only way to trouble shoot a dead phone...

Although what I needed help with was not able to be fixed... The woman helping me was very patient and did a good job explaining things. I could only imagine the level of frustration the staff has to deal with daily. They have a difficult job as it is... I'm not gonna make it harder for them.

Ordered protective screens for our phones. Had to continually push for service. Didn't seem like he wanted to help. We did get the covers in the mail . Thank you

We received outstanding service from Santonio. He went above and beyond to help unravel a mess we experienced onboarding into a T- mobile service plan via T-mobile’s telephone customer service. He wanted to uphold the integrity of the T-mobile brand which up to that point our experience has been 0 stars. He deserves to be acknowledged for his service, professionalism, and accountability to customers.

Went to WG Store. The girl I had was exceptional. She went out of her way to help me Transfer from Metro to T Mobile.she is a real credit to T mobile. Her name is Shannon Santiago. I would love to be able to go to her when ever I had a problem

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, even willing to bend the rules a bit to keep customers happy. I received a free promitinal tablet, which unfortunately died after three weeks. Instead of following rigid procedures like the provider I left, I was just given a new tablet, rather than a refurbished or putting mine in repair. The manager at this store understands​customer service.

AS an old school guy, I needed a lot of instruction on getting the most out of my great LG phone. Always got prompt attention and problems resolved. Very patient, good people!

This was the greatest t mobile store I've ever been to. Roland helped my brother and I. He deserves a promotion!

I had a great experience today. Phone wasn't working properly and they got me up and running in minutes. The young man who waited on me couldn't do enough for me. T-Mobile rocks!

Very friendly staff... they have been my go to for at least 5 phones for myself and my family for about 3 yrs now. I'm never disappointed, and they always help me get accomplished what I need!
