My transaction experience with them was very positive. I phoned in for a next-day shipping quote and, while on my way to the store, received a call from the owner. He informed me that the UPS driver was at the store for the daily pickup. I arrived very shortly after his call and thanks to the speed of service they enabled me to complete my transaction and get my package ready just in time for that day's shipment.

Their efficiency is commendable; they're quick, clean, and undeniably professional. There's a sense of confidence they instill with their service, making you feel assured that your parcels are in good hands. Definitely a top-notch addition to our local community!"

Great service from The UPS Store specially, from their front desk representative, unfortunately, I forgot her name which starts with S.

She welcomes you once you enter the store with a big smile and saying good morning.

The service was seamless, while returning Amazon products, she was very nice and efficient explaining what to do which basically they took care of everything.

Efficient service and friendly staff. Package handling was swift, and the location is well-organized. The staff was exceptionally helpful, making my experience seamless. Convenient parking and easy access for drop-offs. Highly recommend!

Michael P - I had mistaken made an error on the mailing address of my package. The owner made everything right. He put me the customer first and didn't play the blame game. I would recommend to anyone in the Fort Worth Area go to THIS ups store. Thank you for an amazing experience.
