AT&T Store

Raohul was great! Everything was explained thoroughly and options given to us. He then helped us set up our new phones. We will be going to this AT&T store from now on even though there are closer ones to our home. The experience felt top notch!

I was experiencing major problems with my new I phone. I had turned to Apple and att. No help. I returned to Ivy Ridge att. Three different visits and they were always polite and helpful. They stayed with me till we finally fixed my problem. This store has great customer services.

They were very patient and helpful. Explained my options and helped set up go very smoothly! I will return if I have any questions as I know they will be helpful in the store! I recommend them to a friend today!

The rep I spoke to, Rahul, was incredibly helpful. Not only was he knowledgeable about the different phones and plans and options in front of me, he was able to explain it clearly and show me the figures so I knew I was making the best choice for myself.
I could tell he actually *wanted* to help me choose the best deal to replace my phone and get better service.

We were met by Rahul immediately when we entered. He was so pleasant, polite and took care of us for a new phone and Direct TV streaming. He made it an easy process and got us out in under an hour.

It was the first time I went to a physical shop to get a mobile phone because I usually do everything myself and I must say I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Rahul.
As a foreigner that just got here days ago I needed a line urgently. Even though we stumbled across unique and unconventionnal problems (my brand new phone is not sold in America nor compatible with most of Us internet frequencies), Rahul went out of his way to help me and find solutions to make it work.
He provided prime customer service, he's the man.

I am truly astounded with the service I was provided with at this location in the best possible way. Kay, the employee that helped me, was truly a ROCKSTAR and deserves a raise. She was the only one working in the store and still maintained a positive, friendly and helpful demeanor with each and every customer. She sat and troubleshooted issues I had with with my ancient iPhone to ensure I could successfully transfer all of my photos and have my new phone up and running to my liking. Thank you, Kay!

Jason, the store manager, went above and beyond to help us with our phone upgrade. He was excellent, extremely competent, and so patient and thorough! He helped my 81 year old mom, who was very stressed about making a change, complete the upgrade and leave the store feeling excellent about her new phone. He spent all the time we needed and was so pleasant and helpful. We were thrilled we came to this location to take care of this!

Amazing service. Switched from Verizon. I am a healthcare provider and KD helped me with all my needs. I came in anxious with thin patience and he showed me how you support healthcare workers. Thank your company but thank KD because he was running that store by himself for 3 hours with grace, precision, efficiency and patience. That man deserves a raise.

Got good information and changed over two new phones within a couple weeks of each other.

Anthony was wonderful to work with! I came here around 7:30 pm hoping to get a new phone since my old iPhone officially died and would no longer charge. Anthony was extremely professional and knowledgable in helping me choose a new phone. He even stayed a few minutes after the store closed to make sure everything was taken care of and that the transfer went smoothly. It's rare to find this level of customer service nowadays. I highly recommend this store!

Arfa, the AT & T representative, was extremely helpful. He helped me with upgrading 3 phones, suggested discounts, gave us the best deal, and was an absolute pleasure. I was very happy with Arfa and his assistance.

KD and ARFA at the ivy ridge location were both amazing!!! It was no nonsense straight to the point help! They were easy to talk to and offered to take care of everything for my phone switch. I had been putting off getting a new phone because my last experience at a different AT&T store was horrible. It took 4 hours to get a new phone and have data transferred over, just for me to go home and have the phone not work and have to return to the store. KD and ARFA had me with a new phone fully transferred with case screen protector within 30 minutes. Service was so good I deceived to buy a new pair of AirPods while I was there.

I will definitely be back, and thank you ivy ridge team!

I cannot say enough Great Things about the experience I had At the Att store in roxborough. Labreia was exceptional in helping me navigate thru all of my technology issues. Not only was she knowledgeable she literally helped 4 customers At the same time with patience. Labreia was kind and so helpful, she even helped me get rid of Comcast and save me money which I have been trying to do for 10 years !
