Excellent service, I was doing an Amazon return and within 1 hour I get a notification from Amazon saying your item has been approved for the refund, wow. Thats fast!

Great place! Convenient! ...except... some loser hired by Ed Youngs True Value backs his wifes truck into a parking spot that shouldn't exist, then harasses people for the way they park. Threatening true value tickets? Or a "Tow job". Be careful, you might open your door into his wifes bumper. Then you will go to master mechanic prison!

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Friendly, sincere, responsive and trustworthy. All important attributes for a business that handles your mail.

My sister and her family suffered a house fire in May 2016. One of her needs is to have her mail delivered to a friendly, secure and convenient location. Pam treated us with respect and courtesy. She was responsive and friendly. We are very glad to have opened an account at this store.

I am so glad we didn't go to the closer UPS store on Transit Rd. It didn't feel right at all. Each time we called them we got different answers, and we were made to feel like we were interrupting them, a burden. I cannot recommend them, but I am happy that my less than pleasant experience with that store motivated me to keep looking so I found Pam and her store on Main Street in Williamsville.

Hands down the best UPS store I have ever used. Pam Hamill, the owner, and her staff, helped me and my sister after we had cleaned out our mother's home. We received excellent service with packing and shipping of family heirlooms. The service they provided went above and beyond our expectations, and Pam assisted us expertly, with the utmost respect and kindness. We are grateful and appreciative and would give her store 10 stars if we could.

This UPS Store is the best in WNY. It was not busy and the 2 employees (Pam and Frank) working had excellent customer service. They tried to help me locate my account to pull the addresses but we couldn't, so Brian went ahead and did all the work of addressing and processing my packages. Other stores I have visited have been rude and sent me away to fill out forms prior to shipping.
I highly recommend this location!!!

Highly recommend! I set up a small business mailbox and Pam was so friendly and helpful and even remembered me & asked how my business was going a few weeks after I set up.

If you want old fashioned customer service with a smile then look no further. I have been coming here for years and have been treated with respect that you dont find at alot of other larger copy/mailing centers. Ask for Frank and you wont regret it.

Went there today around 12:30pm. The woman that was working was wonderful very helpful went out of her way to help me. Very friendly and super helpful and nice.

Shipped something today, the clerk was very helpful; will definitely use this location again.
