Great customer service, employees are always willing to work with me to find the most fitting product, went there the other day and they even covered the rest of our purchase when we were short

Both employees that have serviced my partner and I have been extremely friendly and helpful. They have made him go quite far out of the way to visit SeaTac Smoke Shop because of their friendly and welcoming attitudes as well as the deals they offer on vape purchases. It's nice to have such great customer service and see them truly wanting to have close and genuine relationships with their customers. It's exactly the way I wish all other customer service based places would treat me. But it seems that the majority of retail stores are all about making the owners the highest profit. Which I understand. But maintaining a base that's willing to make sure they shop at their favorite store ends up paying off in the long run for both the consumer and producer.

Smoke shop experience was a 10/10. Great customer service, really nice people and really awesome vapes. Would definitely recommend this to all my friends and family .

Love going there to talk to the workers despite it being just a vape shop, there’s so much hospitality and amazing customer service. Their selection is big and they restock their flavors often, they even add new flavors all the time. 10/10! Kindest souls ever, always suggest this place to my friends.

Super convenient if you're staying in one of these local hotels. Prices are competitive for this area and have been improving all the time. The guys who work here are negotiators and willing to make deals as long as you're reasonable.

Customer service was out standing! Very nice and polite. If you are in the neighborhood or if you don't mind driving a little out of your way. I recommend spending your time and hard earn money here. I give them kudos during covid!!

This is my definite go to Vape shop and I live and work to closer Vape stores than this one but will plan on driving out to this shop over those. Selection of vapes is the best I've seen in town. Even better than the vape store down 99 by the airport rental car center. Definitely recommend to all to who vape to stop by this shop.

The shop is homey with a nice atmosphere the vape selection is nice with the wraps also having a bunch of flavors , the prices are super reliable and inviting the two clerks are also so friendly and helpful

Every time I stop in here the employees are really helpful. This last time in Ace helped me pick out the best strain of kratom that would fit my ailments. Having been opiate dependent for many years it’s very important I find good quality kratom to keep that devil at bay. Thanks seatac smoke shop!

Its easy to drive by and not see this place. But its worth it to find. Great guy works the place (its family owned) and they have some great deals. I love the place for all my smoking needs. 👏👌

I've went in to get a replacement glass for my vape pen and they actually had one that was unbreakable....I'm so happy I've been buying 2-3 glass replacements a week. And A+ for customer service.
