The UPS Store

People talk about this store in a negative way at times, mostly long wait or the service is not 'appropriate'.
I was in there today and, sure, I had 4 or 5 people in front of me. I was not surprised, nor was I surprised by the length of time that it took to get to the counter (about 15 minutes). No apologies needed there, that's just the way of things. It was Gabby who waited on me and that guy is so awesome. I needed color copies of some artwork run and he got it all done quickly and really cut me a deal on my copies. Very nice guy, very good experience.

I wish I could give 10 stars for this store. I went to refund my amazon purhcase and in 1 minute of waiting and less than 30 seconds in checkout they had scanned my amazon refund label, put a receipt on the keyboard, and one to me. I now have my 42$ dollars back and I'm able to buy my new mouse. I recommend this store for anyone wary of UPS. It's also a family business so its good to support them, please review them when you get your promised, amazing support from this location.

This is a fantastic store! The staff are super friendly, very helpful and very service-oriented. My recent experiences are: I went in there to drop off my "UPS - labeled return" only to find out it was a FedEx label. I was immediately given a solution by the young man helping me instead of a, "I cannot help you, go to the FedEx location ". I appreciated this very much. This was great! Then I went there to get help on shipping a package to Canada; I was struggling doing this myself on-line. Again, I was met with only friendly help and the shipment is now on it's way. I highly recommend this store.

This store and their employees have single handedly changed my mind about UPS. I have had previous horrible experiences with UPS delivering damaged packages and not covering claims and some very expensive items I had to take as a total loss. When I needed to have a secure address to send my business related and amazon packages to, I had many options in the area to rent a PO type box. I was reluctant to choose UPS due to my previous experiences, but boy am I glad I chose this shop. They are the most courteous people in shipping I have ever dealt with. Gaby and Cynthia are great and despite having lots of customers they always greet me by name. If your looking for an external mail box or just have something to ship you would be hard pressed to do better than this UPS store.

I went in the UPS store to make an Amazon return the couple who owned and operated the facility were so helpful and insightful. I love supporting small business owners. If you're in the area and have postal service needs please stop by and give them a visit.
