EXCELLENT UPS STORE. I am close my local UPS STORE, but rather drive further for their genuine service. Service is impeccable and truly respectful to their customers. I go a lot and depend on my kids to drop stuff in the store sometimes. My kids love them and respect my little ones since I am handicap. A true community loving, family oriented facility. They have mail box rental, USPS, always offer to help, notary service, and printing if needed.

Absolutely blown away by the outstanding customer care and phenomenal service provided me at this particular branch. I consider the store manager, Raquel, as top-of-the-scale standard of professionalism, dedication, supervisory expertise, as well as success-driven. Her Associate, Diego, exudes 'above-and-beyond' attitude and commitment to his duties and assignments. And he displays tireless enthusiasm and selfless loyalty to his daily customers. Both Raquel and Diego possess inspiring work ethics and a level of people and communication skills, that are well beyond merely competent. Personally, I believe this UPS branch is the best in Southern California.

Raquel is always so positive and helpful. She is knowledgeable and efficient. The store is extremely clean and always decorated so nicely for the holidays. I appreciate being able to take my Amazon returns so close to home.

Jonathan was super friendly helpful with my shipping! I went in today around 11am and he helped me quickly without any issue. Good location and great service!

The employees working here are kind, helpful, and friendly. They did a great job professionally mailing important documents. They deserve a big tip!

We sent in a printing order for cards and the program for my father's funeral. Naresh and his team went the extra mile to cut and fold everything (not part of the order) so they were ready to go. I'm thankful that the community pulls together for each other in times of need. That generous gesture helped our family have one less thing to worry about during a difficult time. This is hands-down the best UPS store. They never not ship items. I am rest of sure that whatever I drop off that day will go out that day. The workers are so nice. They always help me carry boxes. I like this UPS store so much that I go out of my way to drop off boxes there even though it’s further than my closest UPS store.

I really want to send praise to a young man who works at The UPS Store 921 N Harbor Blvd, La Habra, CA 9063. "David" you out did yourself. You went way and beyond and what UPS company did on our insurance claim by denying it, you heard me and properly helped me reopen our claim and submited the proper photos and stayed on top of it. Because of you, we didn't lose out in our merchandise and got the money back for what TX UPS driver broke. Thank you.

Notary (and owner?) was fantastic and extraordinarily helpful both times I visited this UPS Store location. In addition to dropping off packages or online shopping returns for UPS, you can drop off USPS first clas mail. Super convenient!

It's a UPS (The UPS Store #5126) that is friendly to me, quick, and indiscriminate. I'd like to share what I've been through this time.
Supplier incorrectly wrote the recipient's address, so I changed the pick up address to local ups. I am planning to receive a total of 30 boxes, so I changed the address to 3 UPS stores by 10 boxes each. I am sorry to receive too many boxes in one place. I have requested 10 boxes each to the store at The UPS Store #6603 (17128 Clima) and The UPS Store #5098 (19745 E Clima). But the two UPS located in Colima refused to receive it, and I changed the address to UPS located in La Haba again, and I am also waiting for a kind servant. If you are serviced by UPS (The UPS Store #5126) located in La Habra, you can receive the service you want.

Went to utilize Notary service store was extremely clean well stocked lots of merchandise to pick and choose from. Service was excellent very professional very friendly they handle my transaction from A to Z made me copies bought envelope and they mailed it out for me. I will for sure go back there. No crowds and tip top service!!!
