Hopefully it gets seen by the owner lol I went in yesterday jan 19 2024 around 10:30 am to pay my bill I did but I think there was a glitch on the internet and it didn't register it I mean the payment was done in cash but didn't went through please help🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 idk the guys name that helped me but I can definitely recognize him I just need to please get my payment through 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Highly recommend coming to this store. Anthony went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. He was very kind and understanding . I lost my phone and he was a great help.

Every time I go to the store, I am greeted with kindness. Associate Robert makes sure that I understand and makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommend going up there and talking to Robert.

Had a unique issue happen to one of the lines on my phone and no matter what we did with the phone or SIM card, the issue would not get fixed.

I greatly appreciate these two young gentlemen for being patient and getting my issue fixed. Multiple days of figuring this complex issue out and it was resolved.

Very sweet lady who helped me out yesterday I think she mite have been the store manager her name is Cynthia she saw me and helped me out quick. It was so easy I came in because I wanted to do a trade in to buy the pre-order for the iPhone 13 Pro Max and the whole progress was so quick and easy and she answered all my needs and questions I really do appreciate that a lot. Thank you so much I most definitely will be coming back to this store!

There was no wait, that was a pleasant surprise! The associate was friendly and very knowledgeable. She transferred all my data to my new phone. And told me about specials and options.

Great service, everyone in the store knows exactly what they’re doing and makes you feel like you’re top priority. By far the best store in the San Fernando Valley.

I've been with AT&T since 2004, and ive been in and out of each and every store in the valley, but me and my dad had such a great experience at this particular location. The sales rep Jennifer was amazing, very knowledgable and helpful and is more than happy to make some phone calls to answer any question you'd might have. Overall definitely a great spot.

Only to find out after purchase I will be billed later don't want to pay for free items
