Came to exchange shoes for the second time. First time the young lady who helped me was great. This time the gentleman who helped was amazing and very helpful also the cashier guy was pleasant . Thank you all for your help.

My experience was phenomenal.
I am writing this review cause I was extremely shocked how amazing Rodrigo the cashier was, my husband and I had our hands full of merchandise to purchase, he walked up to us and offered to take them off our hands to enjoy our shopping, he left the items up front and upon checking out he explained all the sales and we purchased more items cause of the information we were informed.
Rodrigo’s customer service was by far the best we’ve ever received and we’ve been shopping with Vans for decades!

This evening we were shopping for school shoes for our two young children. JJ (I believe that was her name) was super patient and extra helpful. She was so kind and talked to our children relating to them and helping my daughter find the best fit for her. We were there for about an hour and we had such an amazing experience. We walked out buying 4 pairs of shoes. When we only went in for an exchange.

I was in for exchange lg for ex lg male associate said what we have on sales floor is all we got and walked away then we continued to look and a associate by the name of Alexia helped us she looked in back and drawers and found an ex large she told us about the shoe sale and we purchased a pair but it was buy one get sale one half off we couldn't finder one she looked in back and brought out a few more of our size and we scored great customer service she went out of her way to make a sale we left happy!

Alondra Killed it with the customer service and knowledgeability! I came in specifically to spend points. Alondra knew all about how it works, and what I can get in store, and how to reach out online to get the less accessible items! Her positivity even made me want to buy some flip flops I didn't even need lol!

I used to go to the outlets in LA off the freeway, but now spending time in Elsinore, I think I'll only be returning to this one. Much less crowded so you'll have better luck finding good styles. They run the same buy one get one 50% off as the other outlet locations.

Employees are very attentive at this location. Easiest shopping experience I've had in a while.
