Rarely do I write reviews about customer service, but I have to say I am impressed with the service I received today. Stephen was knowledgeable, patient, and charming. Honestly the best experience I ever had at any Verizon location. Will definitely go back to him for all my cell phone needs!! A great asset to the team. This man deserves a raise.

Alisha has helped us for the past couple of years and is nothing short of efficient! She’s 100% on top of everything and thinks of things that I wouldn’t necessarily think of, like consistently checking our account to make sure we’re getting the max savings we can. She’s top notch!

Jason P. was phenomenal! Can't say enough great things about him!! The second we opened the door, he welcomed us in and we experienced the BEST customer service and retail shopping experience we have ever had at any retail store - EVER!! Joey was awesome to deal with! My husband and I swapped over from AT&T and he made the transition easy and smooth! He was very professional and explained everything up front so there were no surprises! This is the best phone buying experience we have had thus far! Ricky James went above and beyond to help my husband and I today. We came in making a phone claim and he spent 2+ hours walking us through the process (it took so long because I couldn’t remember a lot of my info) he repeatedly reassured me he didn’t mind and made the process easy. This was the best experience we have ever had at Verizon and will be going to him for all our future needs.

I had a lot of questions about my bill and Kip answered everything completely. I really appreciated his patience and his efforts to reduce my bill by combining some of the services. He followed up with me within about 15 minutes by calling me back to answer one question in even greater detail. He is great!

She is not only extremely knowledgeable in all areas, but she is simply wonderful to work with. I am hearing impaired and she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, as well as, setting up my new phone to sync with my hearing aid. She is definitely the BEST!!!!

Five Star Rating for Joey Clark!!!!!!!! He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He assisted myself, my husband, and my daughter with new phones and service. We all walked out the store set-up, happy, and satisfied!! Awesome customer service!!!! Ask for Joey Clark if you are switching your cellular carrier to Verizon.

I have had experiences with two other Verizon stores in the area and none of them hold a candle to the professionalism and the level of excellent customer service that this store offers. So far I have dealt with three individual sales representatives and all three of them Have shown me The best demonstration of what a sales representative should be that I have ever seen. Due to the bad experiences I’ve had with other stores this is the only Verizon store I will be going to from now on. Whoever is training the sales associates deserves a award from Verizon.

The staff promptly acknowledges you when you arrive and determines any issues or interests you may have. After that its a QUICK VISIT, best inventory, best salespeople, best EVERYTHING 5 Stars THIS IS THE STORE YOU WANT TO VISIT. We drive 45 minutes to this location just to avoid the store in Foley as we would rather spend 45 minutes driving than 45 minutes being insulted and ignored

Love these guys. They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. They are dedicated, courteous, attemtive, patient, super sweet and very friendly. When it comes to paying attention to every detail even to the very last cent these guys are on it. Anything you need these guys will make it happen
