First time here today. 2/17/24.
What a selection of Western apparel. The customer service was incredible. Mary was very helpful to me today. Not pushy, asking questions as to what I may be interested in, showing me items that were marked on clearance & checked the back room multiple times for certain items for me.
I’ll certainly return.

Justin, Matt, and the whole crew of kind ladies that make that store run work well together to make it go. Nice calm atmosphere and nice customer base.

The employees are very helpful. The store it very organized and clean. I like the atmosphere. There's a great selection of clothes, boots, hats, dress, and work attire. They have it all.

Wow!! This store is a must see. The minute I walked through the doors the wonderful smell of leather filled the air! There is so much awesome merch in this store, but the woman's boots was my fave part you could be there all day admiring them!

customer service was really nice! they helped me find the perfect hat for showing!The men’s section had a lot more stuff than the women’s. I’m hoping they just haven’t got everything in because i’m also disappointed they didn’t have any Kimes hats! over all pretty nice!

Justin took care of me, set my wife and I up with new pairs of dress boots. He also stood behind some boots that I bought 9 months before, he took them back and sent me a new pair for free. They showed up 2 days later! Highly recommend Boot Barn and Justin the manager.
