Excellent service. I dropped off my phone and it only took 30 minutes or so to replace the screen for my iPhone 6s work phone. The price was very reasonable. Sam was extremely easy to work with and wasn't forceful on trying to upsell other items in his store. While I was looking for a phone case, I didn't feel pressured to buy one even though they didn't have a purple colored case to fit my particular model. I will certainly recommend this store to others and will use them again for any future repairs needed.

SERVICE:
Sam offered exceptional service, in regards to a screen repair and software diagnostics for an iPhone 6S. A very transparent business from repair to material sourcing with very fair pricing. Although it is a franchise, Sam definitely put pride into his work when it comes to testing the product as well as the repair.

TURNAROUND TIME:
The screen was shattered and the LCD showed minor signs of fragmentation and dead pixels, it took him roughly an hour with med-heavy foot traffic. (to be fair i was grocery shopping)

PRICE:
The pricing was very competitive with the competitors in the houston area, but overall you definitely get more than what you pay for in terms of service and parts.

WOULD I COME BACK?
Definitely and will be referring others who need repairs done. I did come back with issues with the work but Sam took care of it seamlessly.

I always going get my screen protector from this store and my phone cases. The dude that own is a really nice dude. As long they store going stay in that heb not to far from where I live he will stay keeping getting my business 💯

I had my Samsung S9 screen replaced due to cracks and scratches, the customer service was great alongside the price range compared to a competitor Samsung certified store. Took a day to get it fixed but very well done.

UPDATE!
EZ taught me NOT TO BUY PHONES FROM YOUR CARRIER! They will be locked into that one carrier.
If you buy them from EZ, you will be able to take them with you to any new carrier most of the time, giving you the freedom to choose and SAVE BIG BUCKS!

Place is great, they fixed my Apple Watch 1st gen and my sons iPad mini 5. Repair costs were reasonable and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend this place and will be returning.
