American Eagle Store

Just want to give a huge shoutout to Taylor H, Kelly M, Emily, and Yadi for making my experience so much better at this american eagle. They helped me find what I was looking for, got me a fitting room immediately, made relatable conversations, and helped me sign up for the credit card, no pressure at all. I enjoy shopping at any American Eagle but I will make American Eagle in Fox Valley my top pick. They were so kind, and adjusted prices that weren’t populated on the register. They were so kind, not in a rush, and didn’t argue with me. They not only went above and beyond but made my day just a little bit better after a life event that occurred today. It really is the small things that make your day. I hope these ladies get a pay increase this holiday season, even the ones not mentioned. I don’t typically do reviews, but I hope the American Eagle team reads this and makes their lives a little bit better too. Thank you so much ladies, you’re awesome !

I buy clothes from American Eagle every once in a while. I went inside the store and was greeted right away. I found some jeans and some shirts that I wanted to try on. One Sales Associate was very helpful and attentive. The store was really well kept - everything was folded nicely and organized. So You easily find what you want to fit in. Overall great experience and will continue shopping in American Eagle.

I went into american eagle as a women who’s not as skinny as the others, an employee introduced herself as Mia and helped me feel more comfortable while shopping for jeans and always made sure I was doing well. I haven't received such an amazing experience while shopping for jeans, well done to the staff!

The staff there is amazing. Their new store manager, Amanda, is great. She helps me find everything that I need and they didn't have a shirt that I wanted so she even had it delivered to the store for free! Great atmosphere, great selection, and great people. I will definitely be back for more!

They always have deals on pants. You can't go wrong with their pants.
