Dropped my strat off for a long overdue service/setup. Tom did an awesome job and the guitar plays better than it did new! Pick up height sounds great, action is set perfect, and everything was fresh and clean.

Output Music & Entertainment is truly special to me. I worked with Tom as a mobile disc jockey from 1989-1993, when I started my own company. I've worked with Tom on literally hundreds of events and will always consider him one of my biggest mentors in the music field. His store is filled with quality instruments and essential needs for any musician. To say he is a pillar of the community is definitely an understatement. If you need a DJ or something as a musician I HIGHLY recommend stopping in and saying hi to him. He will go the extra to make sure you're truly satisfied.

Hands down the place to go for your music needs. I was told by my daughters school that I could "rent" their Clarinet for $32 dollars a month. Its a lot of money when you take into consideration that the instrument was needed for both 5th and 6th grade music class. I was able to purchase a used clarinet from Tom for $225. That is a lot cheaper than renting for two school years. The bonus to purchasing it from Output Music is that now she can practice over summer vacation with her own instrument. I highly recommend you stop by and see Tom for all your music needs. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be going here for all my daughters accessories and any repairs that will be needed.
