This place has a car wash and clean restrooms!

Usually the service here is pretty standard but today the service was horrible!
The guy with the ponytail at the register was unprofessional.
I picked up an order for "doordash" and he forgot a 24 pack of water.
As a "doordasher" sometimes the order is not shown to us so I don't know what is ordered besides who the order is for.
So, I picked up an order for Amber, he gave me a bag and when I got to her she called me saying there was a 24 pack of water missing.
Because the customer is handicapped she asked me to please get the water for her as she needed it, so I went back.
I showed the guy at the register a screenshot of the order that the customer had sent to me and told him the water was missing.
He said "well you should have grabbed the water and walked away".
I was shocked by the lack of sympathy and acknowledgment for his mistake.
He's the one who received the order and packed it and did not include the water, when I picked it up he could have told me the order came with a 24 pack of water and I would have grabbed it no problem!
I said well this is ridiculous and walked to the water to grab it. He walked back to me and told me he's going to report him for calling him stupid. LOL 😆 I said first of all in order to report me you need to know exactly what I said I did not call you stupid... you're just feeling that way.
What I said is this was ridiculous because I've never had this experience at 7:11 before.
They always tell me if the order comes with water or a bag of ice and I always grab.
I understand that mistakes happen, he was busy, he forgot the order came with water. That's not a big deal but don't blame it on me when I'm not the one who packed the order.
Now that's what ridiculous!

I’d heard complaints from other foothill ranch residents about pump errors regarding quantity of gas and just experienced it today. Pump meter charged me for 10 gallons when it couldn’t possibly have been more than 8 gallons.

It’s possible that that is unintentional but it seems to have been going on for quite a while.

Be aware!

Caught the employee at the cash register trying to steal my money(bald elderly man). I called him out on it and he gave me a snarl look, then proceeded to return me my money. If this happens again I will get the police involved and report this to the city for unlawful practices in the workforce.

I went in to get a hotdog which was self serve only. I’m okay with that. However they had no signs indicating that they were out of trays and all condiments.
