Today I was helped by Jan and his customer service is impeccable! Jan is very courteous and patient and a makes sending packages to my friends a pleasant ordeal. (Store#4983)

My go-to store for my annual Mardi Gras mailings (twice this year). Andrew did a wonderful job of packing everything. He was very helpful and was patient while I read addresses to him. I have been to this store multiple times with odd-shaped items and they have done a great job packing and shipping.

I needed to return an Amazon purchase. After specifying to return through Amazon, I was able to take the item to this UPS store. The staff scanned the code from Amazon and created the label to put on the package to be returned. I was then given a tracking receipt. The process between Amazon and UPS for returns is fabulous! It's really very easy.

These guys are great. My husband shipped stuff from his father's house and needed a piece of furniture boxed for shipment. It made it across country without any issue. It was well-padded and boxed. Also, two other boxes made it with no issue. Al three items made it ahead of schedule. These guys looked at what my husband had done and repacked some of the fragile items and added more padding where they thought needed. Very helpful and very professional. They get a high rating for their professionalism.

I use the UPS store on Veterans quite often, mostly because I buy from Amazon a lot and sometimes I just need to return the items for various reasons. The staff there could not be more friendly and helpful. I have nothing but praise for UPS Store.
