Family Dollar

This is my neighborhood store and I always get great prices using my coupon mailer. The staff is very patient and kind with me when I come in needing help finding things that I have coupons for. The store is always well stocked in my experience.

I recently visited this location to get a few needed items. The gentleman who checked us out was very nice, courteous, and kind. I think his name is, "Cain" or "Kane". Forgive me if I misspelled the name but I wanted to make sure to give him his just due and let others know how very nice he was when he was assisting me.

I have to put the best review possible. I called in from out of town and Francesca went above and beyond. She mentioned this is not her regular store, I told her will be coming in from out of town and need some balloons for a gender reveal, I just wanted to check that this store carries balloons. She went and checked and made sure she had the colors in stock and let me know she'll be there. Didn't have to take the extra steps and deserves to be recognized for her great customer service.

I am so impressed with the service and items that I get at this location on Almeda and Southmore. One day I went into the store to purchase a certain item. That item was not in stock. The clerk on duty named Autumn was so helpful and so supportive. She turned my visit into a worthwhile and wonderful experience. She made several suggestions, accompanied me to the different isles, answered my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Autumn was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and understanding. Family Dollar, Autumn is truly an asset to your store. Thanks so much for hiring Autumn. Even though the item I was shopping for was not in stock, one of the items that Autumn suggested as a substitute was just as effective. Thanks Autumn!!!

Family Dollar is my go to! Love it! Especially for my supplies for my coffee bar at my Boutique. Great prices and selections on Litebites coffee and chips. Totally excellent for all of my essential items for my bathroom like towel paper toilet paper room air fresheners candles you name it Family Dollar is a budget-friendly place for me to get the things that I need for my business.

I always like coming to the dollar store before I go grocery shopping at Aldis. You can't beat these prices. I strongly recommend going as soon as they open. That way you miss the major foot traffic. You do have to be patient sorting through everything but the savings are worth it.
