7-Eleven

Great new addition to the downtown corridor of SB. This smaller scale version of the typical 7-Eleven is a much needed improvement to the lower State Street area. Plenty of snacks and beverages available to satisfy your late-night cravings.

They have the juiciest taquitos of any 7-11. An oasis in a desert of boujee

Awesome service from the cashier and great vibes, they have all my midnight cravings!!!

In the end, Hands-down, this is still the BEST 7-Eleven within the City of Santa Barbara !!

This location is so small. It felt like a 7-11 in Asia! The guy was mopping when we were in there, and then he came to help us. My partner wanted to go inside because he was buying an energy drink. I glanced at the slushies, but didn’t get anything. I noticed they had a lot of baked cookies but who knows how fresh they were. It was way too cold outside.

Great location! Love coming to this one out of all the other ones. Only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is cam never call for status of items (hot food, etc.) Because the phone quality is really bad.

This 7-Eleven earned a disappointing three-star rating for two reasons. The first and perhaps most disheartening reason is because this location does not sell beer. I repeat, this 7-Eleven location does not sell beer.
The second reason is solely based on the radical disinformation this 7-Eleven location has been pedaling to the public over the internet. So with that said, let me set the record straight. Although I'm sure just when this 7-Eleven actually closes, I can ensure you it's not open 24-hours a day as your internet suggests. It's certainly not open at 4 a.m. on. a Saturday morning. And for that, shame on you new 7-Eleven in downtown SB. Shame on you.

Being the only 7-eleven within a 5 block radius of me, I was rather perturbed to find the store closed and no posing of hours of operation.

Disgusted with this place. Put my last 20 on my 711 wallet to buy a new charger lead and some food and the person at the till said it wasn't working?? Didn't even offer an explanation didn't even try and make it work just said wasn't working. That's insane. That's like going to a shop with a gift card and them saying they can't accept it. The money is in my 711 wallet. Literally there to be spent at a 711 store and I can't even spend it? Absolute atrocity I've contacted 711 directly to tell them what a shambles of a store this is.

Business hours are in correct. I went there from the Greyhound station to pick up food for multiple people who have nothing over there. The guy said the store closed at 11:30 and one even let me get a can of coffee With an EBT card. The guy was extremely rude and they have false advertisements on their business along with selling knock off merchandise.

Additionally, he’s just been standing behind the counter texting on his cell phone with the door open and decided to put up a close sign when he could’ve simply just rung up an order for travelers but decided to catch an attitude.

The seller is not friendly at all, he serves poorly, he denies the products, I will not return

Slurpie wasn't frozen in the slightest, just liquid (plus all the names wrong for the flavours). At first wasn't willing to even issue a refund - appalling customer service.

Not open 24h. Went there at 7:45am, there was a sign "sorry we're closed, opening at 7am".
