Very knowledgeable and helpful when my daughter needed an update/trade-in phone

I find the technicians who work at this store to be very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and accommodating. Specifically, I had positive experiences with Calvin and Tyler. I have been to the store several times and consider every interaction positive. Will definitely continue doing business with this location.

Tyler was so helpful and kind. Got everything set-up for me and made the process so smooth. Highly recommend and we will be back! It was also nice to see Daniel’s smiling face as soon as we walked in the door 😊

Dan was absolutely amazing. He made my time in the store very comfortable. He was very caring about helping me. He helped me back my phone up and setting up my new one. He was very helpful with getting me on my own plan. I would recommend speaking to him when you visit the store !!

I had a wonderful experience this evening getting my iPhone 7 Plus upgraded to an iPhone 12. Daniel was absolutely fantastic as a team member of your store and was gracious from the start to the end. I was particularly impressed with how wonderful he was with all the customers who entered and exited the store all at the same time of serving me and setting my phone up. I have to say he deserves five stars. Thank you for your fantastic service.

Very nice group of gentlemen represent Verizon Wireless well. They were a wealth of knowledge and made sure that I was comfortable with the basic functions of my phone before I left. They were very professional and kind, and were able to move everything from my old phone. They not only treated myself and other customers professionally, they treated us as old friends. This will definitely not be my last visit here. Dan, Calvin, and Patrick were so helpful. As a seasoned citizen, they did not talk down to me and I was treated with much respect. I genuinely appreciated this.

Tyler was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful with my husband and I as we were getting new phones. We hadn’t purchased new iPhones in years. My husband’s old iPhone stopped taking a charge which brought us to the store and this made it more challenging to transfer all the data from the old phone to the new one. But Tyler didn’t give up. He was able to get everything transferred over. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be repeat customers.

Tyler was super patient and helpful when it came to setting up a new plan and phones. His customer service and attitude were exactly why we switched from T-mobile. Thanks for the great service and laughs!

Since I was in the store three times in one day. the staff was amazing and totally knowledgeable. They took care of what I was having trouble with and gave me great recommendations. I remember the one guys name was Brandon and the other guy had some great local Toledo tattoos :)

The day we went it opened late because the young man has covid. They sent down a young man from the Adrian store named Zach and he was amazing. I highly recommend the Adrian store and Zach!!!

I had been putting of upgrading my iPhone because I find the process confusing. Calvin made it so easy for me. He answered all of my questions. He also made spot on suggestions. He is very kind and patient. I highly recommend this store! Thank you, Calvin!

Wonderful service. I was greeted at the door by Patrick Aiken and he was a wonderful help to me servicing me today. He upgraded my current plan to a higher Unlimited plan. Please give this man a raise he deserves it. Wonderful customer service overall. Especially from the other customer supporters in the store.

I had the best experience at this store in Perrysburg. I want to give a shout out to Tyler Wilson. He was amazing....very accommodating and so much fun! He really knows what customer service is about, something lacking in many stores nowadays. He went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated it. I will be going back to this store. Thanks Tyler!

Highly recommend this store!!! Patrick was amazing in helping me choose a phone for my upgrade giving me honest detailed info about each phone and not trying to “oversell” me. Both Patrick and Dan were incredibly nice, easy to work with, and they were friendly and cheerful—something you do not find in customer service very often anymore! I typically hate going to the Verizon store, but my experience here was exceptional and I will definitely return for all of my phone needs!

I will definitely be using this store as my main Verizon store that I got to. Calvin was amazing, he is very nice, not pushy what so ever, answered all of my questions I had. I switched from Sprint(Now T-mobile) and he made it a smooth process,The customer service was on point!!

I went in to get a new phone, and Calvin was awesome!! The process was very fast. This was the most hassle free visit to a Verizon store I’ve ever had. He did everything for me and was very professional. He made sure I was getting the discounts I needed and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need/want. I’m never going to another location again!

I have been with Verizon for years. Relied on Best Buy for any and all tech support in the past. Since this Verizon store has opened I have visited your store three times. Each time has been better than the previous. Brandon was able to take care of every concern and issue. Such amazing service and staff.

I cannot speak highly enough of Brandon, Tyler, and Calvin! I traveled 15 minutes out of my way solely to return to this Verizon store, and it paid off! Brandon listened to what my family needed and then went above and beyond to find us the best deals. He was patient and informative. I would highly recommend fellow Verizon customers to go to this store if it is at all possible and ask for Brandon, Tyler, or Calvin.

The sales representatives were very nice, considerate, and polite. My representative, Calvin, worked diligently to find the very best offer for upgrading our two phones. I highly recommend this store.

Let me tell you, Calvin and Patrick at this location are awesome! They helped me transfer all of my stuff to a new phone which I was worried about losing any of my pictures, videos, etc on my old phone. Both of them were professional but at the same time kept a good conversation while waiting for my phone to complete. ALSO they know a lot about phones! Go check 'em out.
