Alec, the manager at the store, was super kind and helpful. I have a corporate phone that needed a new eSim, but couldn't find the right authorized person from my company to talk to AT&T on my behalf. Alec gave me a few solutions which ended up helping AT&T issue a new eSim. Thank you Alec!

Alec, the manager was fantastic at this store!! He helped me upgrade my phone. I am absolutely loving my new 15! He made everything so easy for me. He also made sure I had all the accessories I needed for apple carplay, additional phone chargers, screen protectors, and many cases to choose from. I would absolutely recommend shopping at this store. They are here to help - you have to ask for Alec!

I had the best sales rep experience. He was sweet; professional, and knowledgeable. I can’t remember his name but it started with a D and he had a nose piercing. I was walked through the entire process of buying the new phone, he had all my questions at the ready with answers, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall.

I have purchased numerous iPhones over the years and this was far and away the best experience I have ever had. The update on the new phone was simple (and actually worked.) More significantly Maini, Isa and Daryl, Alec were a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service and excellent advice. Can’t recommend this location enough.

Excellent service! Lots of patience for all my questions. A special thanks to Ms. Nathalie, the manager, who was juggling around and trying to help with all issues and customers, and walked that extra mile to assist me + super thanks to Duwan, the Sales Consultant, who stayed with me till all details were clear and we could execute the transaction. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had; Kudos to this AT&T branch! I’ll definitely come back.

Daniel went above and beyond to help me transfer my line from one business account to the next after hours on the phone with other AT&T reps. It still required calling into several different departments within AT&T (many of them being a bit difficult to work with), but Daniel maintained his professionalism and kindness until the job was done.

Additionally, his team member Josh was very supportive and kind considering that my service took so long, it was past closing hours before it was all resolved. I kept apologizing and Josh kept reassuring me that it was fine. Both guys were a class act and the best I’ve interacted with at that location.

Wow Joshua is the best!! Excellent costumer service, he’s been so helpful to me in helping me resolve my issues. He is super friendly and will explain things to you with all the patient and with all the info you need to know. I live far and I drive to this store just so Joshua can help me out. Please give Joshua a raise or make him manager! he deserves it because that’s how great he is. I highly recommend this store to anyone. Best AT&T store I’ve ever been to. Daniel was my customer service rep today. He was outstanding. By far the best customer service I have ever received at any phone store or really anywhere. He went above and beyond to make my experience smooth and easy. I dint take the time to write these often. He was super Helpful and best customer service I have received any where in a long time.

It was refreshing and it encouraged me to be more hospitable!!

Excellent customer service from your employee, Juan. My elderly friend had an issue, and he was very patient and accommodating. We were there about 2 hours. Excellent service at this store! Nikita took lots of time finding me the very best price for my small business account, and Darryl helped me in setting up a new phone. They were both extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly! Both were willing to take as long as was needed to get everything completed with the best outcome for me. Such a nice experience.

Everybody was nice and friendly in this store . Daniel helped me with my service and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful . He took his time to make sure my service was working right . The team work in this store is unbelievable. I observed them working and helping each other as a great team. Would highly recommend this store.

NIKITA AND DANIEL ARE SIMPLY THE BEST! I am a forever fan now for this store solely because of them!

I unfortunately had an incredibly poor customer experience from another store which caused me to have unnecessary costs, not knowing the details of my new plan, and the system not processing my promotions.
Although Nikita and Daniel had nothing to do with my mishap from a completely different store, they took on the responsibility to resolve my issues. They corrected the immediate promotion and trade-in issues, ensured my account was well documented on the updates, provided great insights and recommendations for what to do in the future. This was no small feat. They both stayed well over an hour after closing to help with my mother and my issues. I am incredibly appreciative for how much they wanted to make me feel valued as a customer, and wanted to resolve my poor experience with so much energy, enthusiasm, and expertise.

Nikita and Daniel both exemplify class, empathy, care, and understanding the importance of the customer experience. I have recommended my friends and family for this specific store solely due to their stellar quality of service. Their phenomenal levels of care, courtesy, and empathy are what should be the benchmarks of customer service at every AT&T store, as well as every retailer.

The manager was very professional. She had the answer to every question I had and even provided insights I had not considered. She's an expert and she is very efficient. She was very intuitive about what services, products, and promotions would best meet my needs, and was able to communicate that without being pushy, like salespeople tend to be, AND she did it all without wasting my time! I was thoroughly impressed, especially when I compare it to the sub-par excuse for customer service I received at Verizon.

My service was interrupted due to a mistake on AT&T's end, and originally it was estimated that it would take 5 business days to restore my service, although I had done nothing to have my service interrupted in the first place. Darryl went above and beyond and worked with me and the providers to figure out a solution that was out of the box and showed great thinking on his feet. On top of that he was very friendly and seemed almost personally dedicated to finding me a more immediate solution. Thanks to his patience and persistence my service was restored 3 days earlier than predicted and I am very happy with the results.

Daniel, was very helpful when explaining the plans and promotions that were being offered. He did not rush the process even though it was closing time. Daryl and Tiffany were amazing as well. Alexis and Yemi demonstrated a high level of professionalism during my visit today. They recovered a very poor experience for a brand new client. Background: I made the switch to AT&T online last week which was a significant decision for me as I have been a loyal client of Verizon for more than 20yrs without any complaints. My change in service providers was not due to a dissatisfaction or issues. After I received the confirmation email that my order was received, I then received another email requesting me to contact AT&T due to an issue processing the order related to the transfer pin. I had to stop and take the time to call, in which the very nice gentleman told me there were not issues in the system on his end. I explained the time sensitivity for the new phone to arrive and read him the email aloud to be completely sure there were no issues. He began to search further and indeed there was an issue with the order being confirmed in one area of their system, but not another. I regenerated a new transfer pin from Verizon and he placed a new order to resolve the system issue. After the "new" phone arrived yesterday evening, I immediately noted the integrity of the Apple box was compromised with a broken seal on top and bottom. I spent the next 1hr 17mins on the phone only to be told that as long as the phone turns on, they were not allowed to replace the phone regardless of the quality assurance issue. The supervisor reported she was the highest in the chain of command and there was no one else I could call to escalate the issue, except the corporate level. Before going that route, I decided to stop by the Alpharetta store on Old Milton today. Yemi was the first person to greet me. To say I was livid upon arrival, was to say the least. However, Yemi remained calm and listened to my concern. Yemi worked with his manager, Alexis, to address the issue. They both demonstrated the professionalism, respect, and solution that I would ordinarily expect from a company as prominent as AT&T. They were very thorough in explaining the options and were accommodating in my needs to find a resolution. I am very grateful that they were able to turn my experience around and ensure I receive quality assurance with this new $1500 investment. Thank you, Alexis & Yemi, for demonstrating the quality and safety of the client is important to AT&T. My Risk Management mind feels much more secure at this point.
