Store is well organized and neat. Staff is helpful and eager to be of service. Prices are not bad and you can definitely find some good deals. Location is good; the Alamo Ranch Shopping Center has a good variety of stores and restaurants to meet all your shopping needs.

They do take bikes in for repair. Just gotta bring your own parts.

Found everything we needed. Edward in the sneaker dept was very helpful & helped with our selection. But the cashier looked like she was in a bad mood, no friendly customer service, and a bad attitude, and she didn't bag our sneakers. I was disappointed didn't get her name, but she was in the exchange lane girl with glasses.
She needs to go to customer service classes. That was so disappointing 😞

I would like to recognize Eldon, for providing excellent customer service. Rare these days! I was looking for a certain brand of golf shoe cleats. He didn’t stop until he located them. He even looked in the back. They were hanging behind another brand. I don’t think the Golf Dept. was even his area of the store.
You should be proud to have him on your team.

It is so refreshing to walk into a store,that it is so obvious customer service is a priority. Chantel was working very hard, I felt bad bothering her. However her reaction was amazing. She walked through the store with me trying to find the perfect item. My job told me at the end of my shift that we should sport football apparel the next day. So she spent probably 20 minutes helping me. She was such a joy. Then when I checked out Amber helped, also very friendly. Thank for putting customer service first, it's rare these days. Great job ladies. Thank you!

Really happy with the bike department here. Our bike was assembled incorrectly when we bought it. Bicycle manager fixed it at no charge and gave me a lot of great pointers & advice. Very knowledgeable. Will take my bike back here every time.

Even though I bought a bicycle at a different Dick’s, they went above and beyond to help me when I had a problem. The gentleman that works in the bike department was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He was eager to help me and also share his knowledge of bicycles.

Sales are going on now for end the season items. These sandals are waterproof and excellent for year round wear.

Easy to place an online order and easy to stop in and receive said order. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

However, Addison and the Mgr Bryan allowed me to get store credit to get a replacement. Definitely shocked and made my day!! Thank you!

Good store with employees that are very helpful with any questions that you might have and they are not overbearing when you are looking at stuff in the aisles which is nice. This location also doesn't seem to get that busy so it is a good place to go to avoid a big crowd if you are looking for some good sneakers.

Bethsi in footwear was fantastic, helped me order shoes for pickup that I needed in 2 days to a store on the East Coast that I'll be driving past during my trip. Also saw them handling many other customers very efficiently for being the only person working footwear.

Walked in looking for a few items and my son said just ask and that I did. The man back in the shoes helped with the boot dryer i wanted and then the yoga socks, he was awesome. The cashier was friendly. It was a great shopping experience.

Ordered a pair of shoes that was out of stock in all local stores. Shipping was super fast under 3 says and was order was placed on a weekend. Highly recommend.
