SEPHORA at Kohl's Woodbury

I was new to the store when I walked in i asked for help finding what I needed. The young lady who helped me was super kind and helpful; she got me set up with everything I needed!!! I don’t know why people are having bad experiences and I’m sorry for them but mine was great I’ve gone back many time and have always been treated with the same level of kindness and helpfulness!!! I love Sephora!!!!!!

Poor/nonexistent customer service.

I bought a sample perfume set from Sephora and was told as I was checking out that they don’t allow returns for this item. Thinking nothing of it, because I didn’t plan on returning it, I said that was fine and went on my way. Once I got to my car I pulled the item out of my bag to inspect it more carefully, and realized it was taped (which was odd if they don’t allow returns on it) so I opened it up and realized it only had five of the seven samples. I went back in thinking they would do something for me even if I couldn’t return it, and was just told, I’m sorry ma’am there is absolutely nothing we can do for you. I asked if they could give me two other samples of perfume and was told they had no samples they could give me. The manager was totally unwilling to help me, and I was completely robbed. I decided to see if Kohls would help me and sure enough the Kohls manager got me two other samples of perfume and apologized. Don’t shop at this Sephora! Never going back.

You feel unwelcomed the moment you walk in. From the girl with the ill fitting wig and the blonde with dry ends. They don't have everything the free standing stores do. The customer service is zero to none. I'll stick to the free standing ones. You can tell they're very accusatory with their eyes that follow you around the store.

Workers there are super rude and confrontational. Maggie and Omar where the two worst people I have ever seen or talked to in Sephora! Based on my interaction with that store I will never step foot in a Sephora again!!

Zero customer service. Don’t visit if you’re expect to do more than buy exactly what you need. If you’re looking for samples, consultations, look elsewhere.

I went in the store excited to buy new makeup and nobody would help me. I now have to drive back across town to Ulta.
