They have an Amazon return location inside, and you’ll receive a 20% off coupon to use at Kohl’s.

Also, they have a Sephora department inside too, this is fairly new. Our daughter loves it lol (Of course).

Staff is always kind and helpful.

Parking also offers electric car stations!

I have always enjoyed shopping at all Kohls locations, but the Kohls in RSM is especially great! There seems to be a very low employee turnover rate (which is truly impressive and valuable in today’s retail environment!) so therefore, I’ve gotten to get to know the employees and it feels good to be greeted on a personal level in return as well! In addition, the morale and enthusiasm is always upbeat and it shows that the employees genuinely enjoy working there, therefore I feel that I’m consistently treated with superior customer service! The store itself is also impeccable! The fact that it is two stories, and that it offers a Sephora inside as well as an Amazon return center, online pick up self service, ample parking, multiple checkout queues as well as several self checkout lanes just make it beyond convenient! And if there is something online at Kohls that isn’t available in the store, they offer free shipping if you purchase it while inside the store! I love Kohls as a retailer but shopping at the Rancho Santa Margarita (RSM) location enhances my shopping experience that much more! Happy Shopping!!

I love the Kohl’s at RSM everything is well laid out and the prices are amazing. At checkout Linda was so patient and helpful showing how to use the Kohl’s app and navigate it. I just wish they weren’t adding the self checkout it’s so impersonal. I enjoy chatting to the checkout people because they are super friendly and helpful.

Kohls has great sales as long as you know what the real regular prices are for an item. Discounts and coupons and cash back need to reflect the value that you're getting. Kohl gets good deals at times for your money.
