My experience with Chase at Pavilion's flower section in Rancho Santa Margarita on December 16, 2023, was truly delightful. Chase's kindness and helpfulness while I was purchasing an orchid flower were exceptional. His genuine warmth and expertise added a special touch to the shopping experience. Kudos to Chase for making the visit memorable and enjoyable.

This review is for Pavillions Bakery at Antonio Parkway and La Promesa in Rancho Santa Margarita. I am very happy and relieved that they were able to accommodate my request for a small rainbow cake for our daughter’s 4th birthday celebration this weekend. This morning, January 12th, I went in around 9:30 a.m. and spoke to Jolene at the Bakery and put in my order to pick up after 2:30 p.m. I explained exactly what I wanted-a white cake with a rainbow drawn on top, as that was her one request. Ralph’s bakery by RSM Lake did not make the rainbow cake as promised (it was only a white cake with blue writing with no rainbow anywhere on the cake when I went to pick up) so I ran into Pavillion’s this morning last minute, hoping they could provide me with a new rainbow cake. We’ve had positive experiences at this Pavillion’s bakery in the past couple of years buying all kinds of cookies for class parties as well as cupcakes and birthday cakes for family’s birthdays. They are always very helpful, accommodating and communicative, which we really appreciate. Thank you so much-our daughter is very excited and it looks so cute!

Plant based products on the increase here and price points are good comparable to othe stores. Has small organic produce section that is fresh and bright. This grocer carry some unique items unfound even at natural stores. Highly recommended if the need to shop health conscious. Late night opening a plus also.

I just had to give a compliment to the Bakery Dpt. Especially the desert artist "Gustavo". I have seen decorations before in other stores but his takes the cake. I rarely take the time to write in however this recommendation called for it. Thank you!

Bagel 🥯 bar was on point! Clean, A Must try is the Lox Bagel for the win 😚🤌🏻*chef’s kiss* friendly service, fresh and high quality ingredients.

I love this store! The bakery and hot food counter is great. Delicious fried rice made to order. A bit more expensive than the other regular grocery stores but worth it.

Robin was amazing! She went above and beyond. I had bags missing from a delivery order and she personally delivered them after she was off work. I've worked retail for 20 years this by far is the best customer experience I've had. She was very sorry that happened and made sure that we got the rest of our bags tonight!! I've shopped at Pavilions for years and the customer service is always top notch. I won't shop at any other grocery store!

I shop here often because they gave a good selection of fresh produce. I also like the quality of the meat and seafood. They offer sale items every week in the newspaper advertisement. This store in convenient because it is close to home. I like the staff, they are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Upscale full-service supermarket with a great selection throughout the store and a particularly nice Seafood section and Bakery. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's always a pleasant experience when I come to this location. Layout is great, I almost always find what I'm looking for whether for my gig work and definitely for personal things like foodstuffs and ingredients to experiment with for cooking.
Staff is friendly, sanitation is not found wanting here and I would recommend

Very clean and well stocked store. Friendly staff, and prices aren't outrageous when compared to the quality. Great house brand items and large selection of organic, natural, and gourmet items.

This location has a pharmacy, Starbucks Coffee, Boar's Head deli, fresh bakery, US Bank, USDA choice and Prime butcher block, Santa Monica Seafood, customer service desk, and they are putting in a juice bar.

Great produce section, and good selection of other items. Meat prices are usually a bit higher than other places, but it’s still my favorite grocery store to shop at due to the great selection and produce department.

If you can't find what you want there then there is a problem. The most spacious well stocked, great selections and multiple specialty areas

Great store! Anything you could be looking for! Groceries, produce, plants,flowers, etc.

I went to Pavillions Pharmacy to get a booster for my daughter (this was a walk in) and Albert started the process,but then the pharmacist came to help us,she suggested to make an appointment because they were so behind and were not able to give her(my daughter) her vaccine,as we walk out of the store I checked the Pavillions Pharmacy website and there were 5 appointments,the closer one was in 5 min, after I filled out the form we walk back to the pharmacy,the pharmacist wasn't there anymore (not sure if she didn't want to help or if it was time for her to go home), but Albert helped us and in less than a minute we went to the waiting room. Thank you Albert for your help,as always you rock!!

Pavilions in RSM is amazing! What really makes it amazing R the people working there. They R so dedicated 2 serving you that it makes the experience so much more spectacular. Always ready 2 serve. We can not thank them enough! At This Vons we especially like their produce and fresh deli. Bar none the best quality ever. If all R veggies/fresh salsa tasted this good every1 would eat more veggies. Love U guys!👍 😎 ✌we are still enjoying the shopping experience here👍😎✌

Been 17 years since the last time I stepped foot in this place. Remodel looks great. The wine steward was top notch to talk with. Nice looking store.
