I'd like to compliment Seema Sharma, the Ready to Meal Lead, for the excellent service she provided me with. It was my first time ordering a deli sandwich and Seema not only made it quickly, but she packaged it great. And, it was the "best sandwich" I ever had. It's obvious that Seema is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Thank you much Penny and Maria rock!!! I some how lost my car keys :( it was poring rain when I walked out to my carthey totally saved my life today and helped me tremendously. I really appreciate them. I don’t normally take the time to do positive reviews but they were so amazing today I had to take the time out to do this.

I needed to get balloons filled but didn’t find anyone at the floral departmentc. Thankfully, I found Jennifer and she was kindly willing to assist me and she was super friendly. Thank you for making my day, Jennifer!

Visited Vons on Harbor & Adams for a quick shopping.
One worker by name Irma in the bakery department, was assisting me with great attitude and a beautiful smile.
Definitely with workers like her, I want to visit this type of stores, for my food shopping needs.

Everything went very well we were able get everything on our list.

Never knew how to apply app for coupons which are sometimes online online. Sr Cashier- male was so helpful. Showed me how to set up & use the app + gave me the discount 4 items I purchased today. Most appreciated.

Vons has a (seemingly Phenomenal) deal; "Buy 2 Twelve Pks (Coke or CocaCola Products)and get 3 FREE" I'm like WHAT?!?! 🙈am I seeing this right?whose playing a joke on me?😂 But wait... Is it Buy 2 get the "3RD" one free? Surely it can't be buy 2 twelvers and for no extra charge, you get 3 MORE....😑FIVE TOTAL.... well here's the catch

Two 12 packs at 8.99 each are 24.00 + change with tax and crv.... So "3 free" is what they're advertising....
Sounds great, right.?

Okay, so at first, I felt super stoked, too! 😎

.... Then I went to a competitors Grocery Store, where 12 packs are 3.99 each... Basically 4 bucks....

Hmmm... 5 times $4.00 for each 12 packs is $20.00
Plus tax is 8½% (I think?),so with tax it's $21.75. Appx... Then add the CRV Is .05¢ per can... X 60 cans=$3.00

okay well $24.75 is my best guess at the other store... Basically the same

But Vons MAKES IT FEEL 😃 Great, LoL

It's been a while since I came to Vons for a sandwich, I used to be a staple for me. Christopher helped me out today and made me a terrific TBA! I'll be stopping by here for lunch more often.

Always nice to shop at vons

The Vons off Harbor is beautiful. They are well organized, clean, and have a fantastic liquor section and selection.

Friendly staff and decent selection. My 2nd favorite grocery stop on my commute to work, and I'd do all my shopping here over at my bros down the street if it weren't for the ever increasing prices, which I'm sure is not all the grocers fault being such a large chain and location. Best grocery hours around, and an included Bank of America! Will be back.

I always come here for flowers they are always so fresh and the girls make beautiful flowers arrangements for me. On Saturday November 7th I can in last minute looking for one of the girls I usually come with to make me a flower arrangement it was already 6 so I feared they wouldn’t be there. When I arrived I asked one of the managers and she sent a girl name Jennifer I believe she helps in the flower department sometimes. She was Amazing so helpful and caring about what she was doing. She made the most beautiful flower bouquet for me! She was awesome!

Nothing over the top here. Just your neighborhood Vons. Staff is friendly. Store is well maintained. My one gripe would be the people who think that animals are allowed in grocery stores regardless of it's an actual service dog. I unfortunately see it way too often here.

One of the nicest Vons around and it is always a pleasure when Bertha is around to assist me if a problem arises.
She is a real sweetheart and always enhances my visits!

Love this store many things are stocked well love produce, dairy, drinks, prepared meals, love deli, flower arrangements, most service is great....but there r some who need improvement

Neat clean, fairly nice staff. The only thing I don't like about any of the Vons I go to is the fact that they wipe the carts off with a rag, that just accumulates and spreads the germs after one or two uses. DIRTY, wipe the cart down with your own wipes.

There was a Tyrannosaurus Rex loose in the store, eating people, which made the waiting in lines much shorter, which is good.

Had exactly what I was looking for and numerous brands to choose from. Self checkout had all registers opened and someone cleaning each one. I was greated and directed to a register and was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Top notch!

I have been shopping at this store since I moved to California several years ago. Over time, I have come to know many of the staff members and they, me. With one notable incident exception, I have always had a good experience here.
