Stopped by for the first time today. The store was stocked full and busy with customers. The staff did an amazing job handling each guest while being very busy. It’s great to see a small local business carry top brands and have technology to help customers find the perfect shoe for their needs.

Felt like I was actually waited on very freindly knew there product gave me plenty of options didnt have the color I wanted so they just orderd them. Felt like I was actually taken care of instead of just sold.

Gave Mad Cow a second chance today and they offered excellent customer service and exceeded my expectations.

Went to store today to get insoles for my dad and was not greeted and stood at front of store for 5 minutes and no help offered. Then stood at counter for a couple more minutes still no assistance. So we left and as we were walking out the door someone said thank you.
I was really hoping to get my running shoes and socks in town from now on instead of feet fleet.
I will remain a loyal customer of feet fleet after no customer service in town. Nice location and nice store.

Great running store! All the owners are avid runners and will be happy to get anything you need. If they don't have it in stock, they'll be happy to order it for you. Would highly recommend. If you can't make it in locally, they sell everything on their website too.
