Definitely a hidden treasure. And not because the store is hidden, it is open and in plain sight but it's in a small town that I don't frequent. After reading reviews and looking for something closer to home I decided to check them out. I was pleasantly surprised at the wide range of selections they have. And I was extremely happy to be able to try on the wigs before making a purchase. I will definitely be back again.

Great customer service and prices are comparable to other places. Not in Charlotte where there is more competition so prices are great compared to this area and Charlotte. Great selection and variety for all hair types. I'm natural and go in there to buy almost anything that I need for upkeep of my natural hair.

At first glance I thought this was just some ordinary hair/beauty supply store but once I went down the steps I realized I'd stepped into a plethora of crochet and braid hair! So many brands, styles, colors, curl patterns, and textures to choose from, I mean a massive selection. Staff was very nice, and I got to spin the wheel! Lol

After having had a horrible experience just 5 minutes prior to entering JAJ I was worried as to the type of assistance I may or may not receive. The male owner of this store was wonderful! He took the time to listen to snag I was looking for and went throughout his store to bring me several different options. He was very attentive and I was pleased with how well he knew his products. After I decided I not only wanted one wig but two he offered me a great discount and even send me home with two heads to keep them safely stored on when not in use, free of charge!!!! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to make some changes to their outside appearance without it being permanent. Thanks JAJ Beauty for being so fabulous! I will be returning to your store again in the future.
