Even though the hours are not right, they closed for 8, not 9, do NOT go up in there acting a fool on them wonderful women. We arrived 8 minutes to close, picked out a pair each, saved buku $ (mine 25 for $75 tag) AND we was out and back in the truck for 8pm. Don't play with em. One even offered my fiancee and I assistance to find anything

The Harvey store is spotless. The two employees working when I was shopping were welcoming and helpful. It was nice to walk into a store where the product was displayed and stocked neatly. No trash or stray boxes laying around. I wish I would have visited sooner.

They were awesome even though we was late an they were closing they made it s point to help us

Very friendly staff and clean store. Staff felt like family. No pushy sale persons. However I did spend too much money, but got great, comfy shoes.

The customer service is great. Very helpful. I bought my son some shoes that light up and one shoe the lights weren't working, went to this location and they exchanged them no problem. Very nice cashiers. Sketchers definitely has the most comfortable shoes too.

Brought me a pair that was on sale, very comfortable and fits great. The female staff (register employee) was polite and helpful...this is the location on Manhattan and the Westbank Expressway.

I didn’t think to ask the young mans name but I was overly impressed w his customer service skills. The receipt says it was sales person 75631. I was in the store for an hour buying things for me and my grandsons. He was kind, polite and helpful and even called another store for me!!! I highly recommend this location just because of the service! ( look for the young black guy w dreads).

The employees is very helpful the store is clean and organized. And i never have any problem finding what I want.

I popped in whilst over for a week at a conference. I needed some new trainers. So much to choose from but I grabbed a nice pair in the sale for about $50 bargain. 👌

Nice and helpful customer service

I've had surprisingly good luck finding shoes here, often in the clearance section. I have hard to fit feet, but I've purchased three pairs of shoes in my last two trips -- one pair of black sneakers, one pair of navy/tan sandals ($35), and one pair of white Mary Janes ($15). The sneakers are the only pair I've had long enough to give much feedback on -- they are are lasting well, and are incredibly comfortable, although I *am* finding that the inside heel fabric is starting to wear. They still look just as good as when I got them.

She helped find size 13 extra wide work shoe for my husband . I didn't ca tdd catch her name but thanks so very much for helping me. She was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was lots of stock, lots of choices.

The store is located in the same little mall at the southwest corner of Manhattan Blvd and the Westbank Expressway.

We've all seen the commercials, a famous football player (turn FOX commentator) compares switching to SKECHERS (for a more spacious and comfortable shoe) to upgrading from an airline Coach seat to 1st Class...well I decided to investigate and give it a try.

The young man who assisted me was knowledgeable, patient and was able to explain the differences in each style.

The store was jammed full of different men's, ladies and kids styles.

When I finally decided on a style and color, he measured my foot to get the correct size and I can't believe the difference in the shoe compared to those I've worn for years.

The shoe that I chose was a RelaxedFIT with Air Cooled Memory Foam and it feels like walking on a cloud.

There was also a buy 1 pair, get a second pair for 1/2 price (for a limited time) offer.

To get a roomier fit, a shoe that contours to most foot shapes you owe it to your feet to check them out.

Store is neat clean organized. The sales staff was super friendly and helpful! Purchased 2 pair of very comfy stylish tennis!

Every time I have gone to this location the customer service is great. I cant say enough good things about their staff. Today the nice gentleman working walked me to my car because I was nervous about some people that were loitering in the parking lot. Awesome customer service!!

Alway buy one get one 50% off. This is the ONLY place I buy my kids shoes. The staff has been helpful every time I come in and they ensure I get the best sale/discount/deal, including military discount!

They always have a huge selection. Great store.

Our family of 4 has been buying Skechers for a couple of years now. My 6-year-old's Mary Janes finally started to give it up after an entire school year plus a month, so we headed back to Skechers. The last couple of times in the store I couldn't find any in my size. We found hers quickly, but when I started looking for a pair for myself, I couldn't find my size in what I needed. I was about to give up when the associate brought me 2 pairs to try on. He was very helpful and I bought what he'd picked out. Restored my faith in the brand just a little!
