We've acquired three pianos from Piano Gallery in St. George over the past four years, and the experience has always been extremely positive. The staff is very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. Joe has also assisted us several times with minor concerns and short-notice piano moves. The tuner, Stan, does a fine job of keeping our Yamaha grand piano in peak performing condition for our services and events. Thank you guys for your support, and keep up the great work :)

When I was interested in a new digital piano, the staff showed me several options and expert recommendations that would fit what I was looking for. Because of my difficult schedule, I delayed the final purchase and delivery for a time. The staff maintained communication during this time and offered delivery and assembly at a time after hours that worked for my schedule.

Love my Yamaha hybrid digital! Joe helped me wade through the pianos to find the exact one I wanted. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great service and a lot of knowledge. We were interested in a disklavier and Joe has a ton of knowledge to share. He talked through the options with us for about 30 minutes. John explained the piano options well and understands the difference in quality all the pianos have.

I've always wanted to give my son the opportunity to learn the piano. I had a roommate in college who could play and I always envied his prowess as he played for hours on Sunday afternoons.

I can't say enough good things about Joe in the selection process. He was very thorough in patiently explaining the differences between each of the piano models. He is exactly what one would hope for in a salesman: knowledgeable, trustworthy, and he took the time to find the solution that fits for the customer without pushing one brand or solution over another. We are thrilled to have a Yamaha Clavinova that is somewhere in the upper-middle of the offerings we saw. We feel this is a tried and true product but light enough to move if and when the time comes (we live in a small apartment). Best of all, the new app for this piano is really something and there are good headphones so our son can practice early or late without disturbing our neighbors. Thanks Joe!

I bought a piano for my wife for our 20 year wedding anniversary. Joe at Piano gallery has been incredible to work with. He help me make a special presentation for my wife and he has been over when they delivered it. The customer service has been un-matched. If you want customer service and a quality amazing product, don’t look anywhere else!

We bought an upright from the piano gallery and had great experience doing so. Joe was amazing through the whole process. He was so knowledgable and helped me navigate all the many options. And most importantly for me, he was super patient as it took me a while to find the right fit for my needs. At the end of the day, Joe was able to get us the best piano for us at a great price.

Shopping at the Piano Gallery was a comfortable experience. I walked around the store trying different pianos even acoustical but I was really looking for an electric.The minute I played the CLP745 I loved the weighted keys and the sound. It felt and sounded very similar to the grand piano I learned to play on so many years ago. Playing with the headset will allow me to play any time without disturbing the other members of the family. We didn’t feel pressured by Joe. He was informative, friendly, answered all our questions and most helpful.

We had a great experience with Joe (St George) and Rich (Orem) stores. Superb service, and BEYOND professional. We were in the used grand piano market and they had a very nice piano we were interested in. It was down to theirs and another. They went above and by beyond to win our business. If we were to purchase on service and professionalism, we would have purchased from them for sure. The only reason we didn't purchase was another private seller had a piano that fit my wife a little better - and they completely understood, with low pressure. After many visits to the Piano Gallery, we ended up selecting this other used piano. But again, I can't say enough good about the Piano Gallery. A great place, and a pleasure to work with. This place is great! Joe is very knowledgeable about each instrument in the shop and is excellent at what he does. My piano was delivered very timely and professionally, and it was an easy piano-buying experience!

Oh my goodness. This was the best experience! Buying with Joe and John at Piano Gallery could not have been nicer. They are so knowledgeable, so careful, so responsive. Joe even came out to my house to check sizing and styling of the room for the piano. He was also right there when the movers arrived - in case there were any issues. The Piano Gallery in St George is a place visitors as well as residents must see. Investing in one or more of these beautiful pianos will change your family’s life. I shout out for the shining, white, sophisticated disklavier by Yamaha. Footprint is smaller, sound is not. Earphone experience is amazing.

Wonderful experience! We came in with an idea for what we wanted and a budget, and Joe took all of our requirements into consideration and showed us the pianos that best suited our needs. He gave us space when we wanted to talk privately and ultimately we found the best piano that would suit both my husband's and my unique playing styles. He educated us about the differences of the pianos we were looking at so that we could make a logical decision. I couldn't have had a better piano buying experience! Joe answered my inquiry right away and was so great to answer all of my questions. I wasn't sure how to proceed because I didn't live locally, but he was very thorough and sent multiple videos to show the sound and condition of what is now my piano. I felt completely comfortable purchasing through him and their store even without having seen the piano in person. After purchasing, it was delivered within a few days and it's absolutely beautiful.
