Very good store. I needed a decent jacket for a formal occasion, but I was almost broke. I found the jacket I needed for $3.00. Nobody knew it wasn't from a department store.

Easy to make donations. Friendly employees. Do not make you feel bad about donating a bunch of stuff unlike other donation centers…

Yesterday I donated some items to the salvation army for the first time. The gentleman at the donation door was very polite and helpful he explained to me how I could get furniture picked up from my home for donation and the young woman behind the counter was polite as well. Goodwill just lost a customer. I'm telling all of my friends and family about the salvation army. I wish I could give 10 stars!

The gentleman at the donation door was very polite and very helpful. He did a great job helping me and made my day less stressful. It was great to have someone that seemed to enjoy helping the customers and making you feel comfortable. Definitely gets “5” Stars from me if I could give more I would.

I just want to say the gentleman at the door was great. My arm was in a sling and he insisted on retrieving all of the bags of clothing and other odds and ends I had. He was very polite and helpful. I just wish I could receive that sort of service everywhere. Thank you sir you truly brighten my day.

The staff was very friendly. The prices aren’t as low as they were 2 years ago when I wrote a review. They still have a great variety of things. There were many brand new items with the sales tags on them from different merchants that donated. I think the prices could be lower because everything is donated to them.

The man working at the donation center door today was very helpful and respectful and he even helped me with my bags. 10/10 service. I will be returning!

My wife, my kids and I go to this place about once a month... they almost always have super nice stuff for really cheap price. we usually buy pictures so we can reuse the frames and also wooden furniture to restore them. awesome experience. I have no complaints so far. I have read some of the negative comments from people donating but I can not relate to that. It is indeed a good place to visit sometimes.

I had no problems dropping off my items the people I encountered were normal to me for the atmosphere they are working in. Dealing with several different types of attitudes from people who thinks their way is the best way because it works for them. To all the people who worked there I salute you and Thank you again and God bless you.

The salvation army has been of such great assistance my experience began with Ms.Ebony she was a great help with getting me a voucher for clothing as I lost everything in the hurricane. After that I went to the store where Ms.Sue the manager and Ms.Debbie the cashier were so helpful and polite they both treated me with dignity and respect. I love how everyone I bumped into in the store as far as employees were just so happy it makes for a very welcoming environment. The customers they get you can tell they have there regulars of course most stores do but they were so welcoming and readily greeted all customers with a smile even the customers who weren't so nice during my short experience there. I will definitely be visiting this store again once I get back on my feet. Thank you Salvation Army and keep up the good work and a special thank you to Ms.Sue and Ms.Debbie for just making my day.

Unfortunately I didn’t catch the lady’s name working the register today but she is an angel. She had long pretty blonde hair. I’ve been to many thrift stores and she is by far the best person I’ve ever encountered at one. It’s nice to know that there are still some kind souls out there.

A little pricey sometimes to be a thrift store. Cheaper items move faster to make room for the item in back that looks piled up. Overall good place to visit.

Here's a place near downtown Fayetteville and Haymount were you can bring your used item as a donation. The Salvation Army is actually a church and not a profit-making organization. They have a dedicated entrance and even a drop box for small items if you come after hours to donate. See photos.
