The employees working there have a great attitude and were very helpful in meeting my needs for my home project, especially the paint department. Thank you Lowe's.

Jimmy is amazing. I was just about to give up on Lowe's after a bad experience at a different location, but he made everything right. He understood what I needed and even though the exact appliance I wanted wasn't in stock, he found a comparable one at a comparable price. And he coordinated with the other associates to get the thing off the shelf and to my truck. I'll definitely be back.

It's not difficult to find a Lowes around the RDU area, but this one is special for one reason: the customer service.

I went in on a Saturday evening and had a super nice cashier. He was friendly, helpful, and kind.

BONUS: I left our stroller (kid not included) - in the parking lot. One of the customer service reps was kind enough to go out to the parking lot and bring it inside for me, so I could come back and get it.

I don't expect people to go out of their way to be nice, but everyone at this location did that for me this past weekend. OH - and the lumber I bought was clean and fresh.

Hi there Google folks. In writing this review specifically for a worker fellow named Scott. You can normally find Scott in the lawn and garden section running the forklift. In fact the last time Scott used the forklift to load a faw bags of rocks into my jeep. It seems like everytime I run into this store Scott is there to help, and he's been pleasant and kind each and everytime. It's refreshing to have someone like Scott help out so proactivly when alot of times the folks in the store are running the other direction, Scott makes a real effort to get you what you need and is kind while doing so. I wanted to give him good marks on the survey that they have going but I fortunately my coupon expired. My hope is that management there will see this and give him a nice raise or a promotion, because I can see this gentlemen running this store one day. Good luck Scott on getting the gold service award, you deserve it! I was able to get the stuff I needed for my new garden thanks to him!

My go-to for DIY. As a former Marine, the discounts are material, and respect for our military is commendable.

Thanks to Usiel and Anna, I have had exceptional experiences at the Chapel Hill store recently. Usiel, in particular, went the extra mile to make sure I was able to get an item I was at the store to purchase -- and which was far out of reach on the highest tier of shelving. Usiel has consistently been professional, knowledgable, and courteous each time I've visited. Thanks to Usiel and Anna, I will be choosing Lowes first going forward.

Kate at the customer service desk was super helpful, knowledgable, and kind. She made the rental process quick, easy, and painless, and I was happy to see her when I came back for my return. The attention and care she showed has definitely helped secure my future business.

I remember when Home Depot was the place to go, then the owner of home Depot told his boys to start Lowes and then compete against each other so they could have a monopoly and gouge us all to high hell. It's working too, I can't walk out of this store without spending at least a full rack. Life is killing me.

Consistently great customer service, Availability of products. Love their garden section. Plants are well taken care of and very inviting to take them home.

I would recommend coming here. I usually come here for basic tools, cleaning supplies, or misc products. When I was building a camper van, I would be in here 2-3 times a week. My experiences have been good and the employees are helpful.

Our go-to home improvement store! Most recently picked up some ferns and gardening supplies.

Mr. Carl was very helpful. He provided customer service beyond what a typical Sales Associate would provide. (Did you find everything you were looking? Thank you for shopping at Lowe's and come again. No, we don't have it in stock.) I am very pleased with my purchase of Ceiling Fans.

The store had the absolute best customer service of ever experienced at Lowe's! You're associates Jimmy, Bri and Shakira all provided customer service all exceeded my expectations! They took the time to walk me to the locations of the products that I needed to purchase and were extremely knowledgeable about my product requirements. They should all be commended by management for their professionalism and assistance.

We visited a couple of Lowe's stores in the area searching for flooring and were extremely pleased to find Gino's Chien in the flooring department. He turned out to be well versed on all the different flooring available & guided us to exactly what we needed! And stayed late to help load our truck. The staff in this Lowes are incredibly helpful and friendly. We've never had a problem finding anything or finding a knowledgable person to help us. Gino Chien in the flooring department helped us tackle our 2-story flooring project which we got done with ease and minimal stress. Great Lowes!
