Boost Mobile

Hello I'm a devoted customer since 2006 I have been coming to the boost Mobile store in Madison North Carolina or maybe 3 years now and every problem that I have the lady who runs it has assisted me every time with no problems and did them correctly every other boost Mobile I went to they couldn't as much as cut my notifications off of keeping it from being alert on the phone so I just want to say the boost Mobile store in Madison everybody who has a boost Mobile phone in the state of North Carolina to basically go there when I say the service is 100% satisfactory it's really 110 she's the reason that I am a devoted customer ever since 2006 and have had many offers to change phone services and chose not to because of the service I get at the store in Madison still continue to have a good people like you have in the store in Madison and your business will grow humongous and with you will have a lot of people changing over to boost Mobile I have brought multiple customers to the store myself to change over from other plans and other cell phone services

Ezzie is the best thing that could've happened to that store. No matter how upset a customer is, she always knows what to say to make the issue better. Boost might wanna consider keeping her for as long as they can!! Thanks for all you do Ezzie

Esmeralda Always extremely helpful. Very polite and always have her undivided attention. Visit store when I know she's working that day.

The staff is always more than helpful, especially Esmeralda. She always takes good care of me. Highly recommend Boost. One of the best deals going. 100 bucks a month for 2 lines with unlimited data and 60gb combined hotspot.

I went in to buy a new phone, and got a really sweet employee named Destiny. She was so helpful, and transferred all of my data from my old phone to my new G Power! thanks Destiny 😊👍👍💯
